The design of the villa was perfect for our stay. We loved having a private pool and bath in the bathroom. The staff were so friendly and their kindness was probably the highlight of our trip. Any time we needed anything we were able to communicate through WhatsApp and they answered instantly. Due to the location of the villa being down a few narrow paths, the villa staff used a buggy to take us to and from the drop point for the free shuttle bus. The villa was pretty close to the Ubud city centre and was only a 15 minute shuttle bus drive away.

Whilst we were there it was really hot and humid. We had the aircon and fan on almost all day, the strength of the aircon and fan wasn’t the strongest but it was not the end of the world for us.

Kein Welcome Drink, leider habe ich 1 Standard Zimmer gebucht , ich dachte ich bekomme 1 Holzboden. Stattdessen weiße zum Teil defekte Platten, Der WC Boden war nicht geputzt , Duschkopf extrem verkalkt, alle schreiben das , aber warum wird das nicht ernst genommen ? Keine Kissen auf den Liegen, ich Telef. der Rezeption , die sagten ich solle das ( schmuddelige ) Kissen nehmen vom Aussensofa. Pool war nicht gereinigt , aller Schmutz war unten am Boden. Laut Foto sieht der Große Pool mit Restaurant super aus , in Wirklichkeit , waren dort farbige Reklamen Donnenschirme + viele Kinder im Pool . Schade ich dachte dort sei 1 Gourmet Restaurant , leider nein . Das Essen war zwar ok, aber am 1. Tag laute Discomusik , am 2. Tag sang 1 Mann + noch viel lauter . Am 3. Tag ging ich dann ins Arya Arkananta Resort Essen wo es schön ruhig war. Per WhatsApp fragte ich Mia an der Rezeption , ob sie 1 Plan hat was in der nahen Region ist , spez. suchte ich 1 Gourmet Restaurant, oha ich bekam den Rat , ich soll Google Fragen..sie hat mir dann den Restaurant link gesendet , da ich aber ausser dem Hotel kein Internet habe , ohne Plan ging das nicht . Wirklich sehr Kundenfreundlich…Ich hätte gerne das Bungalow gegen 1 Holzboden gewechselt , als Genuis 3 Bucher wollten die zusätzlich 400000 pro Nacht aber das wäre mir für 2 Tage möglich, ich war ja total 3 Nächte dort . So blieb ich dann…

Nothing, it’s the worst property we ever stayed. We would like to claim 100% refund.

Everything, everything there was dirty and not cleaned since ages with webs and insects all around. Bathrooms were dirty and filthy. Pool wasn’t cleaned.

We used the three-bedroom house. Friendly staff, 24 ours available. Nice location in the rice fields near Ubud. Good breakfast and service. Specially the taxi driver and guide Komang who works there made our vacation unforgettable. He took us to the most beautiful and less touristy locations. We recommend him for your trips!

The pool was without a pump for a few days due to a malfunction. The three-bedroomhouse does not have an enclosed living room, but there were almost no mosquitoes.

The villa was very comfy and cosy. The villa facilities were. also very good and adequate during our stay. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating to make us feel at home. The food selections were also good and rasty.

The location is quite far from the nearest restaurants and shopping area.

-peace and quiet- wonderful sounds of nature - excellent Spa at great prices -Great staff, quick to help and respond to queries -couple of good restaurants near by- Good day restaurant and moksa -location is the best. Free shuttle into Ubud. -Great pool Very sad to leave

Staff were the highlight, pool was amazing too, location was fairly decent (definitely made better by restaurant/ pool club just down the road)

Air conditioning could have been bigger/ stronger, and at no fault besides the design as it is a wooden styled cottage, gaps in the doors and walls allowed for bugs and lizards to crawl around, no harm done though!

The staff were at times helpful.

Where do i start? Well, The villa had a big ant, Spider and wasps (the size of your fist) problems. Villa food had insects in it as my wife found a wasp in her apple juice for her breakfast which was very off putting. There were cobwebs in our room and you could tell the villa had not been cleaned in a while. Despite requesting the villa staff to clean the clean every day this was certainly not happening every day, Maybe every 2 days at best. The issue with the taxi driver that works for the villa recording us whilst taking me and my wife to the hospital without our consent was also very very concerning. Sorry to say but not a good experience at all whilst being staying here on our honeymoon.

Beaucoup de bruits lors d’animation extérieure. Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche et la baignoire. Un peu sale au vu du prix notamment meuble, cuisine et sous le lit .

La salle de bain et magnifique la piscine privé super agréable et le staff a était très gentil et au Petit soin avec nous.

The service was good. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating to our requests. We really liked that we could communicate with the staff via Whatsapp (which they initiated) and they were quick to respond. The Villa was clean and spacious and the pool was nice. The bed was comfortable. Overall I think it was good value for money.

The location was a little far away from Ubud Central however we knew that when we booked. The shuttle service was great which alleviated this and it was pretty cheap to get your own transport from Ubud Central to the villa. There was a little bit of mould in the bathroom however as soon as we told the staff they were straight onto it. It would have been nice if there was a villa bar where villa guests could go to and mingle.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schön ….Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Villa mit Pool.Alles ist sauber,die Lage gut und das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam sowie hilfsbereit. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Es gibt nichts an dieser Unterkunft auszusetzen

The first thing I will say, and the main thing about why our stay was so great is the staff. They went above and beyond from the moment we booked to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were able to book taxis, hire scooters, do our laundry, everything with them, all reasonably priced. We had breakfast both mornings which was brought to the villa and was lovely! The location isn’t right in the centre of town but it’s not hard to get to. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed.

A lovely quiet area, the staff were incredible. Was only a 5-10 min scooter ride to Ubud centre but there was still some options nearby in Sayan. Very convenient having the Good Day restaurant so close

Spacious, good location, friendly staff, hard bed. Receive 20% off at the nearby bar and pool down the road. Bed is clean and neatly presented. Aircon was good. Staff organised scooters and held luggage for us on checkout day. Filtered water provided in the villa.

Dated and old. Felt like the villa they’ve forgotten about while they attend to more modern ones. The first 10 photos on the booking.com listing do not at all reflect the aesthetic or architecture or design or even the villa itself that we stayed in. Photos in the listing depict a pool and bar and beach club / resort style attachment, but it’s a separate business down the road - the villa has no communal pool area. Fan didn’t work (too noisy to operate & sleep - made loud electrical operating noises). Kitchen was pretty grubby. Bathroom is laid out poorly and water from shower goes everywhere. Lockbox had no batteries so didn’t work.

During our recent visit to Ubud, Bali, we had the pleasure of staying at Candy Villas by Pramana during 4 nights. The location of the hotel was a major highlight for us. Situated outside the bustling center of Ubud, it provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Though there were some scooters passing by, we quickly got used to them, as they are quite common in Bali. The breathtaking views of lush rice fields with children flying their kites added a touch of authenticity to the surroundings. Moreover, having a few restaurants within walking distance was convenient, even though the choice of eateries in the immediate neighbourhood was limited. Nonetheless, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as the restaurants we did try served exceptional food (Good Day, Takir restaurant). The villa itself was an idyllic retreat. Offering ample privacy and tranquility, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The fact that the rooms were only cleaned upon request proved to be ideal for days when we wanted to relax and stay at the villa, giving us complete control over our schedule. The well-maintained garden with its lush greenery and plants added to the beauty of the place, creating a refreshing and calming ambiance. Our rooms were also fantastic, equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we experienced warm hospitality, exemplified by the efficient airport pickup service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, which made us feel truly valued as guests. We definitely recommend this villa to anyone seeking a green and calm villa experience, away from the hustle and bustle, and immersed in the natural beauty of Bali's countryside. It's an oasis that we would love to return to on our future visits to this enchanting island.

The location, the villa, the staff, everything was excellent. The wooden villa with a comfy bed. The private pool and the amenities given there are wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like or I felt a little disappointed in was the staff not replenishing/refilling tea/coffee condiments daily. We have to ask the front reception for refill daily.

Incredible stay! My partner and I came to Ubud to visit a wedding venue and staying at these villas was so incredible! Neither of us have stayed in Ubud before and we would 100% come back to this villa again. We saw a few reviews complaining about the walk out of the villa to the main road however it was only about 5-10 min walk which was very lovely through the rice paddy fields. They do offer a buggy service (at any time!) to get you in or out though so if walking is not for you there are options. They have a spa/restaurant/communal pool area just 2 min walk away with live music on Saturdays. Honestly had the most relaxing experience at this villa and can’t thank the staff enough! We didn’t really request too much as we were happy to just be but we did have breakfast delivered in the mornings. First night we had the America which was small but we are big eaters however we then opted for the Balinese breakfast (non spicy for me) so delicious. Thanks Candy Villas!

Staff were great , with us and our little boy . The private villa was good and I love the jungle vibes .

Ok , for the price I payed I expected a bit more . 1. The kitchen needs to be cleaner , in the draws was dusty and felt damp . 2 the kitchen needs at least one pot and lit , if you're offer the option of a kitchen you should have at least a pot. There was one pan . 3 in the kitchen I would like there to be dish soap and sponge for cleaning . I think room cleaning would take care of dirty dishes . But Because there were so many ants and fruit flies I'd have liked to keep the kitchen clean myself . 4. In the morning for shower there was low water pressure. Later in the day was fine but the morning when you need a shower the water would just run down the wall . 5 I would like the lights to be brighter or at least more lights . Or one more bright light just one And that all . I'd love to come back and I'm used to staying in worse places but in the month I stayed in ubud I stayed in like 10 different villas and some villas that are half your price had these better facilities. Of course they didn't have the privet pool and beautiful area .

A really lovely, well-catered for villa with a good sized lap pool. Perfect for relaxing and having a floating breakfast in. The staff were exceptional - very considerate and quick to attend to your needs, with big smiles on their faces. Breakfast was tasty and very well sized for a reasonable price. The bathroom was a little bit dirty and I think having floorboards in the shower area is a bit of an interesting decision, as there was quite a bit of rot. Nevertheless, the room was very big, clean and comfortable and the living space and kitchenette were very well sized. Having Good Days Beach Club and a tranquil setting of Padifields around was a lovely addition. In terms of location, we quite liked that it's a little bit out of the way in terms of walking but for those who prefer to be closer to the main town, you can rent a scooter or call a very reasonably priced GoJek and you'll be in the town centre within minutes. It's excellent value for money and I'd stay there again without hesitation!
