The best experience under ur budget in palolem. Will visit again definitely and this time for more days

Nothing I didn't like

One of the best experience, I strongly recommend to book this one. Next year we are going again to same places Family loved it.

The wooden cottages were very beautiful and comfortable. Staff behavior was pretty good. The location of the resort is perfect.

Little bit overpriced compared to the other resorts with the similar facilities.

Location was good and staff was friendly..Manager resolved minor issues.. Manager did hear our concern and changed our room next morning and food was good..

Location was good but room and amenities were not good enough..they did not provide water bottles( provided after asking🤪). First room was really bad..they should not allot such room to any guest..it's painful to be back from long travel and then waste 1 hour on minor issues..No toiletry was provided except small medimix soap on the first day .

Low on cleanliness and hygiene. bathrooms are way below par. no housekeeping service

this property has good view, side sea view budget room is also good

Please dont enter the property without checking AC , our Ac was not cooling properly so it create little humidity ... pls beware

Frankly staff nice location and cleanness

Frankly speaking nothing.

1. Bad Rooms or cottages. 2. Zero Cleanliness. 3. Maintenance of the rooms and property is very bad. 4. Food way too costly. 5. Cockroaches, lizards, centipedes found in the room & bathroom. 6. House keeping staff is pathetic. 7. No parking for your vehicles. 8. Very often power cut or outage during day and night. 9. My recommendation would be to book your stay at Cocos beach resort or Marron beach resort for a leisure stay which are on the same beach. 10. Honestly I will not recommend O3 beach resort to anyone. This was my first trip to south goa Palolem beach but booking at O3 resort was a big mistake.
