Easy checkin/checkout process using electronic locks. Clean and tidy apartment.
No freezer. Only refrigerator available in the apartment.

The location of the property was just perfect very close to Rheinefalls, Swiss border and all shops including grocery stores are nearby. We had some missed info about checkout date. They were very considerate with the check out and allowed us some extra time to quickly windup.
Only drawback is bathroom was very compact and uncomfortable to take bath in the bath tub.

The decoration was very modern and clean and enough space to feel comfortable. Location was just right for us.
Only the shower facilities could be improved. Better positioning of the shower head for tall people and a shower curtain.
I would suggest also tiles around the bath/shower area to avoid mould that is beginning to show. Everything else was perfect.

Place is close to the haftabahnhof and mall. Finding the location and entering into the property was very easy
Shower is not comfortable, you literally have to kneel down to bath. Room Temparature was still cool even after putting the temperature knob to the max

The Room, facilities, cleanliness, the environment , etc. Everything was perfect. The host even left us a complimentary bottle of water, which was highly appreciated 😊
Check out at 10am😴. She was kind enough to allow extra 30 minutes for us to pack but seriously 10am checkout is unfair when check-in is 3pm - a massive 5hrs gap.

The location is great.The master bedroom and living room spacy and clean.The second room with the couch very small.
We arrived October 29 and the appartment was freezing cold.The heating system had a problem,the owner was so rude.He did not pick up his phone,he responded very late to the text messages and refused to do anything about it!!!He offered to give us a refund so we can switch hotel at 12 oclock midnight!!!!Unprofessional an very rude.We were with our coats and shoes on!!!Slept in freezing cold!!!!Of course he denied compensation through booking.

Flat with 2 rooms + big kitchen on the 2nd floor of 2 floors house. No elevator. Very clean, modern renovated flat with free parking, very close to Switzerland. We have not seen the host: all communication was through booking chat: instructions how to get to flat was sent some days before travel: it was written "knock" the keyboard. And "knock" is correct word: you really need to knock the keyboard on the door:)
WC is together with shower in 1 room and it was rather inconvenient for 5 people
