The staff are so accommodating and always have a smile when they talk to you or assist you. More than that, they seem to really enjoy working in the hotel. Please value more your employees, they're one of the key ingredients to make guests' stay more enjoyable and meaningful. Another is the FOOD! One of the best tasting and big serving hotels we've ever stayed in. Value for money is also considered. My husband and I will definitely stay again here, next time with our daughter since we stayed here I am still pregnant. ☺️

Maybe one thing to improve on is the parking area. Hope they can provide shaded parking and also improve the landscaping so all in all the area of the hotel will look more presentable and pleasurable. Lastly, shaded area at the pool area. :)

room is very far from elevator leading to the main lobby. service elevator leading to casino is closed when the casino is close.

closeness to the mall,convenient store and food chains and the view of Mt. Makiling from our room and pool side.

not much things to do like gym is close and there’s no live band as they have posted it from their website.

Good Hotel, no breakfast was offered, neither was I directed to any dining facility to avail of breakfast.

A mess of bill charging, overcharged and later told not to worry when I asked, "the matter had been resolved" to arrive back in the UK with the overcharge clearly on my credit card.

King size bed is smaller than I expected. Pool is all shallow but it's okay. Water is a bit warm.

Got a little frustrated with smell of one towel.It smelled like a cigar smoke and kulob.Towels not so white ,needs a new one.
