Modernes Hotel in toller Wohnlage nahe des West Lake. Sally und ihre Familie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist top, gleich in der Umgebung gibt es kleine Läden und Restaurants und man kann sehr schön zum West Lake spazieren. Leider waren wir fast den gesamten Aufenthalt krank und Sally und ihre Familie haben uns einerseits unsere Ruhe gelassen und uns andererseits stets unterstützt, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Vielen Dank dafür, das war wirklich top! Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

The property is a stone’s throw away from a beautiful lake. It is tastefully decorated and feels like a home away from home. Sally, our host, was attentive and super thoughtful. On one of the days, we fell ill and she specially cooked a pot of nourishing soup for us.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the park at the South end of the lake. Friendly welcome and very reliable host. Very good homely breakfast! Will stay here again if I come back to Hangzhou.

The host, Sally, is the best. She goes out of her way to make my family comfortable. When my daughter insists on a specific pancake for breakfast, she ordered it for her and she made special breakfast for every single one of my extended family. The facility is spotless and tastefully renovated. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes walk from the lake. We had the best time staying at the place.

Nothing, it exceeded every expectation

It is called the "cozy house" for a reason, well designed with exceptional warm feel and interior design rather in Japanese style. Staff speaks good English and is very welcoming to foreigners. Location right in the middle of the West Lake scenic area.
