everything was fantastic, highly recommended lodging!!! Paco was an extremely nice host!

location is a bit hard to get to but we got lucky and there wasn’t any snow on the roads

Paco was an incredibly helpful and friendly host. There had recently been a lot of snow and our car was not able to drive up the path to the hotel. Paco was extremely helpful, helping us to get back to the car park at the bottom of the hill and giving us lifts to and from our car.

The only improvement could be to have the communal area set up for us to use, with the sofas, as the view was stunning.

Fabulous location high in the Tena Valley with beautiful views and walks from the chalet. A perfect place to get away from it all. The chalets are well-designed and spaced out so that you are not too close to your neighbours. The reception team were really welcoming and helpful and gave us lots of useful advice about things to visit in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Given the remoteness of the location and the premium pricing of the chalets, they really need to provide a welcome pack with basics such as bread and milk, or at least make these available to buy at reception. It is not clear enough from the booking.com listing that there is nowhere onsite or nearby to get food. Also, some investment is needed in the road as the potholes make it tricky to navigate without a 4x4, especially at night.
