Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Contained all mod cons and all typical kitchen items for a self-catering stay. Fantastic rooftop terrace for sunbathing and relaxing with epic view of surrounding beach and hills. Support staff very accommodating and helpful.

the place is very luxurious and extremely well equipped. it's huge ( almost too large for a holiday) and location is superb with private parking. the staff and communication was superb. the bed is extremely comfortable

this place should be all about the view. it's a penthouse overlooking one of the prettiest bays in Lanzarote in the heart of town. Yet the very heavy dated curtains, the wide framework of the windows, the curvature and reflectance of the glass reduces the impact and the enjoyment of the view. Also there is no terrace downstairs where you can enjoy a meal or a coffee. There is an enormous terrace upstairs but it feels too detached from the apartment and couldn't really enjoy during a short holiday

Well appointed, clean, roomy, excellent facilities. Is in a great location, easy travel from the airport and local amenities.

As the apartment was to sleep 4 people I would have expected 4 sun beds on the rooftop solarium, unfortunately only two available.

First of all....it is bigger then expected. There is a parking space, acces in and out of subteran parking was easy. There are 2 large bathrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, 2 fridge freezers..all that you need for a pleasent stay. Tv and smart tv's all over the flat.. verry comfy beds..all the furniture is good quality. There is a large private terrace, acces from the flat...on that terrace..it is another large bathroom!! We will return for sure. Best experience ever!
