It is a very nice spacious house equipped with everything you need. Location is next to the center of Vila Nova de Milfontes, close to restaurants and supermarkets

The house was large and had everything we need. The host Jose Carlos was very welcoming at the beginning. However, when after we checked out and everything looked fine, we got an additional unexpected bill for 110 euros. We were shocked because the entire price of the reservation was 162 euros. The host argued that we used a small bed in the bedroom what we were not supposed to use (nobody told us that, we thought we can use all beds in our bedroom) and he should washed additional bed sheets (we did not use any additional bed sheets, we used two towels given to us for our baby). When I called to him, he was very aggressive and told me that the fact that we used a small bed in our bedroom caused him additional costs and we must pay. Additionally, we were accused that we used a double bed in another bedroom. We actually even did not enter to another bedroom. His charges looked absurd and included fake items (like washing the stuff we did not use). Especially we were surprised that his staff knew that we have a baby and we are using the second bed in our bedroom for him. First, the housekeeper came to our house on Sunday (because hot water was not working when we moved in) and saw the house. She saw that we are using a small bed for our 1 year old baby. She saw it and did not tell anything. She did not warn us the it might incur an additional charge. Second, after check out we got the message from Jose thanking us for staying and inviting again. So, after the check out everything was fine. He changed his mind in the evening. Third, there is no any information posted on Booking.com or at house that we cannot use the bed which was in our bedroom and that it causes additional charges. We thought we are fine to use all furniture which was in our bedroom. Probably, the host should put clear signs in his house what objects the guests cannot touch.
