The house very spacious, lovley decor, very well equipped. We loved it.

The only thing I would change is it would have really nice to have a fan for the main bedroom as the air-conditioning did reach up there. And cotton bed linen as the synthetic made it really hot and sweetie.

Beautiful beach house, great location, all amenities well thought out. The decor is inviting and relaxing - the house looks better than the pics on the website. The kitchen was kitted out very well, and there were plenty of thoughtful items kept for guests - games for kids, badminton set and golf clubs in the garage, and Netflix on TV. Would definitely recommend staying at Fairway Haven if you're down in Mollymook. Perfect for families.

A beautiful holiday home, very comfortable, very clean, close to the beach, great value.

Excellent location, near the golf course, Mollymook Beach and golf club. Villa was very clean and felt 'homely' with all the added 'bibs and bobs' around the place.

Air conditioner was quiet which was great but felt it didn't warm up the room enough even on a higher temperature.

Lovely accomodation, lots of little extras added by the owners to make it personal and enjoyable. We didn’t use the backyard but it was a great size and would be a great to use in good weather. Comfy beds too. Very close to the beach, kids loved using extra beach toys provided by owners.

Quite cold in winter, one heater to warm all rooms. Lots of reviews mentioned the traffic, you can hear the traffic occasionally but it isn’t super noticeable or annoying.

The property was great! loved the games for the kids and the modern feel.

stove was greasy thought having do cleaning when leaving eg wiping down shower & toilets, vacuuming and final dishwasher cycle to be put away was u usual and over the top. Cleaning should have been included in price.

Cosy but roomy enough for our family of three. Lovely outdoor area was great and made the property seem larger than others we have stayed in in the past. It had all the facilities we could ask for.

Lovely house opposite golf course with all mod-cons including bikes, surf boards, body-boards and even snorkelling gear. Very well-equipped house with shaded terrace at the back. 10 minute walk down to surf beach and easy drive or longish walk to the restaurants and cafes further down Mollymook beach
