Nice hotel, beautiful pool areas. Great breakfast room, staff helpful. Comfortable bed. Great shower. 15 minutes from Nydri by car. Very busy place.

Our room was small for what we paid for, bathroom very small, bad positioning of doors, we had a plunge pool, could of been cleaner, maybe filter on longer would help. Car parking is available near rooms but often full when returning from late dinners, so had to park down the hill a bit. Very strick about check out time.

I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The hotel is divided into two main areas with their pools and some housing that is spread on the hillside. I stayed in 3 different rooms and loved everyone. The team was amazing and upgraded my stay. In the end, I received a double story Vila on the main pool which would have been good for a whole family in a great price. The team was INCREDIBLE as they accommodated my every request including assistance with renting a car, extending my stay and more. Specifically Eleni Dimitris, the frontdest manager, and also Vannesa, Anesa and others who helped. Breakfast was very nice and versatile, and food at the restaurant is really nice. The main pool is a bit cold for me but it has a really nice atmosphere with nusic and a cocktail bar with Panos making great cocktails. Absolutely recommend!

We had an amazing time! The property is nice and well-designed with a lot of greenery. The most stunning part is the pools. The staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was clean with very nice décor. We had a lovely evening in one the restaurants of the hotel, amazing food, and wonderful staff. The location is good, near the main town of Lefkada. Very pleased with our stay and would go back again anytime.

Our stay was short but very pleasant with the highlight being the breakfast buffet. There were a lot of options, and the food was delicious, especially the pies! The service was great as well. We will definitely return to spend more days and enjoy the pools.

the suite that we had for 4 persons is a bad joke, with a large open space (living room+kitchen) and upstairs 2 extrmely small bedrooms rather for kindergarten children, not for adults, as mentioned. the The bathrooms also very small, with a small shower cabin, totally unsuitable for an adult. the staff was not kind at all, one day sitting by the pool one of the staff members came and took over the towel from my sunbed where i had wrapped the phone.

The breakfast was unreal, so many options and dinner was one of the best we had whilst being in Lefkada.

An addition of a gym would be good.

Very elegant facilities both indoors and outdoors. The location is ideal for calm and relaxing holidays. The rooms were very clean and the stuff always eager to help and provide information and the best quality service. The food and breakfast were delicious with a variety of choices.

Everything was PERFECT!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist 24hrs a day. Allover the resort it was impeccably clean. Food and drinks were amazing , breakfast exeptional and the rooms were turned over everyday. Shops , bars, cafes, beach bars and the harbour with restaurants were all walking distance, but we were mostly content just staying in the luxury of the resort. :)
