The home was amazing. It was clean and presented exactly as listed. We couldn’t find the net or ping pong paddles for the table and the property manager had it delivered there within hours. We would 100% stay here again.

Our condo was wonderful! Very clean, wonderful amenities, Nice and quiet area and plenty of space. We had something that wasn’t working quite right and Red Sands got on it right away and even worked hard to try to get a repairman out on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend a booking that is with Red Sands. !

Great location, great amenities! Perfect home with very comfortable roomy layout and all stocked with everything we needed for the home! Only recommendation for owner is to make sure the cleaning crew dusts the beds' headboards… they were very dusty!! Couple of us with allergies really noticed that but everything else was perfectly clean and great condition!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area!

After a week of camping, this condo was the perfect place to cool off and relax. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Interior the home is beautiful, modern and clean with high ceilings, and all the necessities. We had two families with elementary school age kids. The bunk room was a great option. It was just right for 8 people. Five stars on the pool design it had a lazy river, a shallow end, a deep end, and a waterslide with a splash park. It was the perfect end to every day after hiking, and exploring in one of the many national parks that are drivable from this house.

This is a great spot to stay with a family. The unit was very clean and organized. The pool was just around the corner and the personal spa was an extra touch. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are lots of linens - even beach towels. There are stores and restaurants within minutes of the condo. Zion is about half an hour away, but it's worth every minute. Red Sands was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We book for our family to enjoy a two night getaway in Zion for hiking and fun. The house was reasonable distance to Zion and the perfect relaxation after hours of hiking. The pool was nice and heated. Not to mention the splash pad they have and the two areas that are 1 foot- our 19 month old really enjoyed those. The house was very clean, organized, and well stocked. Having the kids plates, utensils, and cups made a bigger difference then you’d think. I highly recommend this place if your looking!

We loved our experience at Zion Village. The property was well-stocked and very clean. The pool area was nice with lots of lounge chairs. We loved the private hot tub right out on the patio. Great proximity to so many amazing sites. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

Beautiful and comfortable property that provided a relaxed start to a day of adventuring. Really enjoyed the luxury of hot tub after a day of hiking, canyoneering, or riding UTVs. Staff at office very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here

This place is super clean, spacious and relatively close to Zion. It was the perfect place to come “home” to after hiking. So nice to have the hot tub right outside our door. Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

We personally thought it was going to be a lot closer to Zion National Park. Not great restaurants around in that area. It was difficult to find the property. The place was super clean, comfortable!

Beautiful Property
This townhouse was so comfortable and clean. Not only was there a lot to do at the property, but Zion was less than 30 minutes away. Amazing location and property.

Great place near Zion (35 min drive)
Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The home was was nicely decorated, furnished and most importantly CLEAN. No communication with owner but communication was great with Red Sands employees (which I believe run the community there), always got quick responses. Its a newer development, lots of new homes being built around the area but had no affect on our stay.

Hiking at Zion
The property was beautifully decorated and clean. The ping pong table was a very cool detail. We had lots of fun playing games. I have only a minor suggestion to give that would have made the experience exceptional and would be the addition of a board game or card games. Other than that the reservation and check in process was quick and easy. We had a great time.

The neighborhood and the space were new and clean. The smart lock was difficult to get right and the dishwasher was not fully installed (though it was operational), but otherwise the property was terrific. Lots of amenities for me and my family.

Great place! Would Stay Again.
We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The communication was great. They were very helpful and flexible as our plans changed twice and each time we had to adjust our reservation days. The home was really nice and the amenities were so fun.
