The only complaint that I have is fixing the road;
The place is on top of the mountain, if you don’t maintain the road; it is going to be a disaster one day. I love the location, but make the road at least more reliable.

Breakfast could have more items on the menu
Staff could be more friendly and not starring at guests the entire time. More welcoming not too judgy would be great.

The only good thing I can say is the staff is nice
1- No hot water
2- AC from 9 AM to 6 PM
This is really not fair for amount of money someone pays per night at this hotel for them to function as such.

I love Santana’s stuff. Whenever I needed anything fixed they were on it.
After checking in there was no running water. The faucet was wobbling and needed to be fixed. The toilet flapper needed to be replaced and the toilet seat. Cleaning services wouldn’t leave enough towels in the room and I have to keep asking for towels. There was a point I had to wait an hour and thirty minutes just to get some towels. I also found a roach in the room
