Unfortunately we didn't get to stay as our trip was cancelled the day before by the owner. This was due to a broken down boiler which presumably couldn't be fixed in time. We were all very disappointed as it was our annual friends' meet up, and I had spent ages finding the perfect place for us. However it would have been worse if the boiler broke down during our stay!
Hopefully the accommodation will be up and running again soon as it looks like a beautiful property.

Lovely home, very comfortable.
Location was a little difficult to get to and leave, we did not realize how narrow the roads would be, takes about a half hour to get to settle or skipton, roads are not for the faint of heart!

great location, clean and comfortable. plenty of seating in the lounge area. plenty of kitchen equipment and nice quality wine glasses! lots of towels for the bathrooms and had a welcome gift of wine and sweet treats which was lovely. hosts were friendly when we contacted them to arrange for key collection.

Beautiful, spacious house, set off the road of main traffic and walker flow, but excellent location.
It would be nice to have some hooks in the house for hanging coats and hats.

Great location and well presented and clean - did the job for us :)
Not a lot, we are walkers and that's what we did, walked. We used the accommodation to sleep and to have a shared meal one evening. All good and nothing missing from the accommodation that we needed.

The location
That the downstairs shower,toilet and sink were blocked leaving one bathroom for 8 people.. not ideal!
