Outstanding space and location

The flat is a fully furnished holiday accommodation. Spacious. We’re were allowed a late checkout 😊😊😊 Almost didn’t have encounter with the owner except via booking.com and met someone by accident at the garage. Got prompt replies from owner via booking.com

Numerous, deep potholes on the road. Nearest supermarket is about 7 kms away.

Parking the car in the street and the awkward access to the accommodation, especially in the wet.

A beautiful studio apartment in its own private garden behind the main house. Modern, well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to lovely beaches.

Great location, very close to 2 beaches. Lovely private garden and patio to relax in, extra luxury of a heated outdoor shower. Spacious studio with well equipped kitchen,washing machine & comfortable sofa. Was great for a couple for a few nights, but really too small for three guests. Was nice to have a few basics in the cupboard & fresh milk in fridge. I left my phone charger in the room after checking out & the owners kindly messaged me & returned it FoC.

Bathroom window couldn't be opened as had no screen. The bed was rather too firm for us. The fridge was a bit noisy. Emailed 2 requests prior to checking in, for an early check in & a query about the room - didn't get a reply.

Lovely guest space in beautiful peaceful location very near the beach.

We loved that it was pet-friendly with a lovely small garden for our dog to wander around in. The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable with the bonus of kangaroos hopping in the street! A lovely place for a relaxing time.

The pebbled walkway made it difficult to get our luggage from the car into the accommodation. Apart from that, everything was good.

A peaceful and super comfortable place that allowed us to have a fantastic get away from the city. The room was clean and cosy and set up to have everything you need. Great kitchen with everything required and right next to the beach. Even a hot outdoor shower post swim provided! Everything you need for practicality combined with comfort has been thought about. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we didn’t want to leave.

The studio is very clean, airy. light and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The feel of seclusion. Your in the backyard but it doesn't feel like it. The small extras like coffee pods or face wipes. The owners gave us space but also made it clear we can contact if we need to ask anything... The fact we were able to bring our dogs. And it didn't matter that they were bigger breeds (Maremma -CollieRough). We could keep the dogs inside and close to us. This makes it much easier to manage barking - which is important to us as our dogs are used to 40acres and not used to close neighbours with other dogs. They supplied pretty much everything in the kitchen you would need plus the BBQ- makes for a cheaper holiday :) 😀

Fridge is quite noisy and in the same room you sleep in. Having said that it goes in cycles so isn't noisy all the time and it did not keep us awake. May be an issue for light sleepers tho.

Great location and extremely clean! We felt very comfortable in this guest house. It had everything we needed and we loved the special touches. Location is great - only a short walk to the beach and the kangaroos were a pleasant surprise.

Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay so we could not enjoy the lovely garden and outdoor area! We were prepared for the weather so we brought a few board games to keep us entertained!

Owner very helpful. Very comfy well appointed. Heated floor great.

A little further away from Jervis area but that was my poor planning

private own entrance to the property. it was quite dark at night and hard to spot, luckily the owner was outside of the house and spotted us. there is microwave, stove and toaster which was really convenient! it even has a washing machine and detergent for us to use which was really thoughtful!

the only complaint is that when I was there the house had a dog odour (I have dogs and can relate to the smell).. probably being left behind by previous occupant? and air freshener doesn’t help.. if you like quiet area this place is good. however abit far from any eatery/ restaurant. at least a good 10-15mins drive.

The studio was clean and private. It is dog friendly is added bonus.
