Help with booking tours. Room heaters. Hot showers. Excellent bathrooms. No tv in room but in common area. Lovely view from window of mountains and moonrise.

The host was waiting for us at the bus station to accompany us to the accommodation. He offered several 1-day trips. The room was very cozy and well equipped. There was free water and tea for all guests.

The location is very close to the bus stop, but on the main road and very close to railway, the trains are very noisy during the night, but there are not more than 1-2 trains during the night. The gas heater could not be used during night due to safety reasons, it was close to 0 degrees during our stay and it was very cold in the room since the doors to the balcony are not well-isolated, there is considerable hole between the walls and doors. We were interested in 1-day trip and texted the host, but he has never responded.

Great place! Really cute, well designed but/and compact! Everything we needed, propane heater, nice bathroom/ shower, drinking water, super close to the main street and quiet!

Very cosy room with private bathroom. There is a microwave and a hot water 24/7. There is a heater, just make sure to ask how to operate it upon arrival. Exceeded my expectations and definitelly worth the price!

Very cute horseshoe decor and good location near the train station. The owners were very kind and generous. They stored our truck camper at their home for three days. You can’t beat the price!

It's is a very tiny hotel close to the train station. It feels new and had unpretentious amenities. Very cosy

Access is trough a tiny door next to a water supply station. It sacred me abit that the are was dark and sketchy.

Simply the best place to stay in Creel! The rooms are nice and clean, rustic style, located very central, the owner is very helpful and arranges nice tours at very good prices. Best value for money we have found in Mexico, and also the only room we didn't feel any cold at night! Will be back again :)

Our host, Fernando, was the best. Not only did he come and great us upon our arrival, but AFTER our stay, I realized I left something in the room, and he actually shipped it back to me. The absolute best.
