My brother and I stayed for the week visiting family that lives in Florida. Great stay. Clean and very spacious.

Most importantly what was really upsetting for us during our stay, was the fact that J.C. Resorts came into our condo without our knowledge or any kind of notice. Someone mounted the extinguisher on the wall in the kitchen and they didn't even bother to clean up their mess. When I called JCR about someone entering our condo without notice, they explained to me that it was an emergency and needed done. But they didn't feel it necessary to let me know someone entered our condo even after the fact.The sheets have seen better days. It was like sleeping on sandpaper. The kitchen is awful. Besides the fact that it needs updated, the sink was so small it was hard to wash bigger dishes. The dishwasher had food particles at the bottom. There was some kind of stain or dirt at the corner of the refrigerator. They didn't have any kind of grill tongs or spatula. The biggest pan was an 8 inch. The shower head needs cleaned. The shower water pressure was awful in both showers. I think the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The valance in the master bedroom is so filthy. There was a pair of underwear in one of the bathroom drawers. I didn't see a vacuum and the broom was disgusting with hair all over the bristles. Please be aware this is not a secure building. The door to the elevator was propped open during our stay. The grill is a joke no table to set cooking supplies.It is behind a parking space Literally in the bushes. The pool and common areas were maintained M-F.

We had on overall great stay at The Hamilton House 205 condo. Very clean and spacious. Amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom. Good water pressure and air conditioning worked beautifully. Pool and parking area well-maintained. Kitchen dated but bathrooms updated nicely. Easy access to beach. Wasn't keen about there being carpet, however it's brand new so wasn't an issue. All appliances worked well. A starter toilet paper, bar of soap supplied for each sink, and dishwasher tablets supplied but otherwise quite bare. A Publix is nearby so not a big issue just don't expect more than salt and pepper. Ample supply of towels. The beach is breathtaking. Sand as soft as flour. My family had a wonderful time. My family really enjoyed our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach! The condo is just steps from the beach and huge balcony was perfect for meals and sunsets. Although the unit is a bit dated, it's clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall another good vacation! A couple of caveats were the elevator was down when we got there for five and a half days, so being a disabled person it wasn’t easy having to navigate the stairs. Things break we get it! The other issue I have had for three years now is the path to get to the ocean, this year the stepping stones you navigate broke my rental wagons front wheels from being so bumpy. Then it’s pretty difficult when you get down to the steps to the ocean to do the ninety degree turn with very little room and a couple more steps. We really like it there and the people are very friendly and nice. Beach is never overly crowded and has a good atmosphere. Having little kids it is a great place for them to have lots of fun and it’s very close to several places to eat and shops.

Have only one suggestion concerning the condo complex itself. I have a skin condition that requires me to limit my time in the sun. The pool area offers no shade at all in the afternoon. It would have been nice to have at least a table with umbrella or two, but there are none.

We keep returning because we can't think of anywhere else that could be so perfect! You feel like you are sitting right on the sand on the huge wrap around balcony. Steps to the beach and Gulf. We have never used the pool but they do have one. I like the fact they have good security at the building using codes to enter. The condo is decorated tastefully with a cheery beach theme. This area of the beach is not crowded like the public access areas. It is within walking distance to several good restaurants. The price is reasonable for what you are getting being right on the beach with a beautiful and different sunset to watch every night.

Old worn out kitchen Old worn out dirty furniture Beds are adequate but not great Poor lighting in bathrooms No communication with owners, only JC resorts management company, who are fantastic. Electronics are old, confusing and wiring is all over the place and outdated Walls are filthy and in need of paint Would stay here again if it got a complete Remodel.

Easy to book. Easy arrival, JC Property Mgmt staff all so very nice. Unit was perfect for us and was exactly as described and pictured. Carpet looked brand new and both baths have been totally redone and very nice. Loved the layout and being on the end with lots of windows. Balcony is big and gives beautiful views of the pool, gulf and beach. Definitely recommend.

We checked in on Saturday the 2nd early afternoon. Easy process other than it being at a different building that wasn’t within walking distance. Arrived at 205 which is a lovely corner unit. Loved the floor plan and access. The unit is older with nice upgraded master bath. The shower area was great. We loved the pool and the fact that’s shaded until after lunch. Beach access super convenient as well. We could watch our family easily from our perch above. Close food that is rather delicious. Cigar and bait shop close. Great coffee spot a short walk that has breakfast. Ice cream and cute candy shop in the same center. Although if you’re in the area definitely don’t miss HAZE!!! Best homemade ice cream anywhere. Maderia Beach is the location for those of you who headed ice cream! Seriously it’s the best. I’d say my only real concern would be the gate access to the beach and pool. Gate was not operating at the pool. Would latch and lock even though it had a security code. The beach gate needs a closure on because it was open constantly. This was an invite for people not staying there. We had onsite security, very nice man. He left after the 4th. Definitely need someone there checking tags on vehicles more frequently. If you walked over to the lobby entrance the code for the doors at the stairwells and commons was clearly visible. So this made the building completely unsecured minus your condo door. This time we stayed for 2 weeks because I knew we wouldn't be satisfied with only 1 week like last year. It is the prettiest condo. Decorated very beachy and nice. The highlight of this 2 BR condo is it's wrap around huge private balcony with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets every night! Not only is there a sliding glass door off the living room area, there is also one off the master bedroom. You can see the Gulf while laying in bed. I like that this condo is on the side of the building so you have more windows and sunlight in all the rooms. They have secured entry to make it not only a relaxing stay but a safe one. They do have a pool. The beach is not as congested as the public beaches and that is what I like about it. However, there are great restaurants within walking distance, right across the street, so you really don't need a car unless you wanted to go somewhere farther away. There are bike and scooter rentals just a couple blocks away too. For those of you who have never been to this part of Florida, I would highly recommend IRB. It is such a nice area. I certainly recommend renting this particular condo, just as long as you don't want it at the same time as me!

We love staying at the Hamilton House because of its great location (seconds walk to the beach, all condos with balconies and views of the ocean, can walk to fantastic local restaurants). This particular condo was very spacious with a huge balcony with fantastic views. Bathrooms were remodeled and very nice. Wish it had a keypad entry instead of needing a key. Overall we had a fantastic stay. Would recommend and stay again for sure!
