Al llegar nos atendió una agente de la inmobiliaria y desde el principio fué muy atenta, nos acompañó al apartamento y comprovamos que en las fotos se queda corto. Amplio, equipado, limpio, con muchísima luz… El entorno es muy agradable, lleno de zonas verdes, y la ubicación, a pesar de estar un pelín apartado de la playa, es perfecta si buscas tranquilidad. De todas formas en 7-8 minutos andando estabas en la zona de la playa, todo muy bien comunicado. Hay dos parques enormes para niños y zonas de juego. Un supermercado muy cerca y a unos 5 minutos bares y cafeterías. Por poner una pega los mosquitos y otros insectos, pero es normal, la zona de alrededor es muy verde y hay muchísima extensión de terreno. Sin dudad es un lugar donde no nos importaría volver para una escapada u otras vacaciones. Muchas gracias a la agente que nos trató fenomenal

Das Apartment ist super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt beim Apartment ist, dass es nur einen Kleiderschrank gibt und unsere Kinder aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Der Pool ist super und ist ein Top für die Kinder gewesen. Supermarkt, ein Park und auch der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt.Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 7 min und zum Supermarkt ca.5 min

Walking distance of beach and La Duquesa port and only 10 minutes drive from Estepona . Patrick is the perfect host communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble including the friendly local team on hand for any queries or assistance. Families or couples alike will love the apartment and the area. Once again highly recommended and I will be back again soon.

Résidence agréable, l'appartement était propre avec tout le confort nécessaire ,terrasse avec vue sur la piscine , place de parking en sous-sol, toutes les commodités à proximité…

My only complaint would be I felt I had to do a bit of chasing to actually get an address - which I never really got until we turned up at the very large complex. A simple email briefing would have helped a lot. Otherwise great (apart from being stuck in a lift, but that provided a bit of excitement in an otherwise relaxing holiday!).

Die gebuchte Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, viele IKEA-Elemente (wie daheim). Es war alles vorhanden, was im Allgemeinen benötigt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Sitzmöbel auf dem großen Balkon waren nicht so bequem, aber für die kurze Dauer eines Urlaubs kann man damit leben. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

This was our second stay and again have to say what a great apartment . Great position near main routes for easy access to local beaches and resorts but quiet and relaxing . Apartment is spacious with all facilities including large terrace. One small suggestion would be barbecue facility to take advantage of the local produce but this is only a small personal preference and I cannot fault the abundance of home comforts this apartment has to offer. Smooth keyholder process and as always Patrick the owner available for any queries . Superb !

Mooi ruim en licht appartement. Fijn dat het zwembad verwarmd was! We komen zeker nog een keer.

Just returned from a 9 day stay at the apartments and all I can say is first class. Everything is provided to make you feel at home. A well equipped kitchen making eating in a real pleasure especially on the large spacious balcony with good seating and even a cumpfy chair to lounge on with a cover. The 2 bath rooms are excellent plenty of hot running water and soft lovely towels. The bedrooms are large good beds and nice soft bedding. The lift access made car parking a real easy system and bringing in shopping a sheer pleasure no lugging up stairs with suitcases etc. The arrival was made simple as Kevin met us at Lidl and led ids to the apartments. Thank you for your support and Jose. I would not hesitate in awarding 5 stars. The pool is brilliant again easily accessed through the car park and by the lift so no problem getting sun beds down to enjoy the outside space. The pool and gardens are immaculately kept. It is well placed to walk to all amenities there is a good mercadona supermarket within 10 minutes walk and is good for everything. Lidl is 5-10 minutes in the car. We had a car which made access to everything great but you could enjoy the town and local services without. My only suggestion would be there needs to be a visitor book with information about local services and the local area and a place where visitors can pass on information and recommendations about places to visit eat etc. We have used owners direct several times and have always found this useful and enjoyed listening to other people's suggestions etc. Once again thank you for a brilliant stay when we return to the area we would not hestitste on returning here 5 stars and more.

Très bien équipé. Très agréable et au calme. Proche du centre ville et de la plage. Correspondants locaux très professionnels.

We were viewing properties ourselves,so did not use the facilities much other than sleeping. The apartment was clean,spacious and pretty much everything we needed. Would recommend.

Best apartment I have stayed at. Spacious and stylish with all home comforts and facilities . Two large bedrooms huge sofa bed in lounge and two bathrooms so plenty of room. Sunny terrace. Easy access to main roads close enough to Marina to walk yet quiet and relaxing location . I have stayed many times in this area and this is my favourite holiday. Patrick is amenable and helpful nothing too much trouble including a later check out as we had a late flight. Key holder was helpful and friendly and both he and Patrick available for any queries. Excellent wifi . I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will certainly be returning.

Sehr schönes apartment. Strand nah , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Alles bequem erreichbar. Wir haben eine wunderschöne und entspannte Zeit verbracht. Gerne würden wir wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Het betreft een perfect appartement, met alles erop en eraan, vlakbij 2 zwembaden in een zeer goed onderhouden complex/tuin. Ook vlak bij zee. Voor Uw rust is dit een goede lokatie en in de omgeving voldoende te bekijken. De tussenpersoon kon gebeld worden voor eventuele vragen/problemen.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft alles op loopafstand. Linnengoed ruimschoots aanwezig. De tuinen, het zwembad wordt allemaal keurig bijgehouden. Heerlijk om te relaxen of als uitvalsbasis voor Andalusië ! Met de auto ben je binnen 10 minuten in Estepona en 30 minuten in Marbella. Fijne parkeergarage waar we onze auto kwijt konden, met de lift naar boven. Een paar gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt waar je goed kunt eten ! Zeker een aanrader !

Mooi, luxe ingericht appartement in een mooi gezellig complex op loopafstand van het strand en winkels. Goeie bedden, heerlijk zwembad, super wifi, gunstige ligging in Sabanillas. Van hieruit gunstige plek voor vele uitstapjes in Andalusie. We gaan zeker nog eens terug!

Het appartement is mooie ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Het complex is rustig en zeer Kindvriendelijk keuze uit 2 verschillende zwembaden. Het strand kan je lopen maar is wel 15 minuten lopen en je moet een zeer drukke straat oversteken wij hebben zelf altijd de auto gebruikt en net voorbij de haven naar het strand geweest. Mooie brede stranden en goede strandtenten waar ze ook bedjes verhuren. Wat ons vooral opviel de vriendelijke prijzen bij deze strandtenten. Dit appertement is een aanrader

Wij waren de eerste huurders,alles was aanwezig en heel schoon allemaal met moderne meubelen etc. ,prima bedden ,wasmachine ,vaatwasser ,lekker makkelijk. mooie garage. zwembad alleen jammer dat er geen lichtstoelen bij het zwembad stonden. alleen was er geen wifi aanwezig dat komt waarschijnlijk dat het complex nieuw was. wij kunnen dit appartement aan u aanbevelen.
