Eoin was a wonderful host! He was very communicative and helped us with every aspect of our reservation and stay. looks exactly like the pictures! The hosts communicated everything we needed to know before hand and made it super easy to check in.His place is clean, well designed and spacious. A beautiful and sunny place across from the water, with a small park down the street, which made for a relaxing time with family we don't get to see often enough. Great house, a lot of space, nice view of the water. The neighborhood is ok, there's a small park down the street and other beaches close by. The owner was so helpful and a good communicator. Definitely give this place a try, especially if you'd prefer to leave the party crowd behind and have a quiet place to relax.

House was perfect for our group of ten who wanted to explore various wineries and restaurants.

My family had a great time. House is spacious and clean. Near to groceries, fish market etc. Smith point beach is just 16 mins away which is not bad at all plus they provide masks. Eoin who is the host is very realiable and i always get a quick response. Thank you Eoin for sharing your home with us. We will definitely come back

We truly enjoyed our stay in the house. The open concept worked well for us, especially in the kitchen area: Generous layout. I have, however, a few safety and aesthetic concerns: 1. The wrap-around porch is wonderful (even though it appeared wider in the photos). We used it regularly in the morning while having breakfast. BUT: There are nails sticking out in several spots all over the porch. Luckily we discovered them shortly after our arrival and were able to avoid any injuries. 2. The HVAC-filter upstairs next to the kitchen and dining area (and in other areas in the house?) is extremely dirty and clogged up. It shakes and makes a funny noise when the AC is turned on. 3. Blinds are missing on most of the windows in the kitchen/dining room area which are really needed to keep the sun and heat out on hot days, and for privacy. 4. The sleeping sofa upstairs next to the staircase is terribly uncomfortable and nastily stained and should be replaced/discarded. 5. And last but not least: Brighter light bulbs in the kitchen would be welcomed. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing time.
