We stayed overnight in Arkasa (after a week in Olymbos) in order to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was wonderful to sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean. Great value - I highly recommend Kimata.

We did have trouble finding it — There’s no sign. Thanks very much to a previous reviewer who mentioned that it’s a yellow building with a green garden across from the pharmacy.

Brand new and modern furniture, sunset from the Balkony …. But the best was the mother from the owner, Maria 😍 she served us a wonderful traditional food and we got everything we needed. We will come again for sure😎👍

Mrs Maria and her family were very welcoming and accommodating. She offered tips about restaurants and beaches in the nearby areas. The room was spacious and clean and had a generous west facing balcony that offered amazing views of the sunset. The location is great - just a short walk from the center of along the main road connecting Arkasa and Foiniki (opposite a Farmacy). Overall great value for money! We hope to be back soon :)

For those confused about the location - After you arrive to Arkasa, head towards foiniki and you’ll see a two storey yellow building with a lush garden opposite a pharmacy.

The view from the balcony was great. Maria was very friendly and helpful.

There was no air condition. The apartment was not all as as nice as it looked on the pictures. The apartment was also smaller than it said on the webpage. The hotel is not located where it is located on the map.

Very nice and clean apartment with beautiful balcony and sea view. Mrs Maria gave me all the necessary information. Excellent location. If you have a car, you will be on Agios Nikolaos beach in Arkasa or Finiki beach in a short while.

Missing the KIMATA sign on the house, making it harder to find, even though it is next to the road from Arkasa to Finiki .I'd have the bed repaired.
