Close to restaurants/ shopping, staff was helpful, affordable, balcony to enjoy, hot shower, good wifi.

The one warm blanket that was on the bed appeared not to be washed recently, the walls were thin so the room was noisy, staff keep asking me about doing a review which was annoying.

We had a very pleasant stay in hill inn...owner is very warm and welcoming and also arranged for local sight seeing.. Property is located at very prominent location.. restaurant..bus stand is near by to it.

The owner is incredibly friendly, greeting us when we arrived, offering us tea or coffee and giving us information about tours available in the local area. Our room was spacious and clean, as was the attached bathroom. The bed and bedding were both wonderfully comfortable too ensuring we slept well. The outside area has a great view of Ooty with seating and tables for relaxing. The accomodation is close enough to the main areas of town to walk, but auto-rickshaws are available at the bottom of the road if preferred. Overall great value with a great view, close to the places to visit in Ooty.

Everything is extraordinary the room service and the friendly character of the owner exceeds the expectations I felt like staying in home away from home It was a sudden decision to book room in hill inn But changed to a surprisingly pleasant and memorable experience.

Hot water issue we need call owner if required hot water this not at all good.We called 20 times he didn't pick call no response worst. This biggest drawback apart from anything else ok

Very friendly service. The owner Srinivasan was very helpful and he helped me and my husband to find interesting tourist places in Ooty. We stayed in Ooty only for 1.5 days. However we were able to cover all the important and interesting locations in Ooty within this short period because of the help and suggestions provided by Mr. Srinivasan. The service boy Abisek was too nice with us and always checked with us about our needs, coffee, tea and meals. We will definitely stay next time in this accommodation. Nice spot for accessing major tourist spots in Ooty. Further the room was definitely worth for the price. We had hot water upon request, clean room, nice warm blankets for the winter, table, chair, mirror and coffee table. Just enough for our needs. I recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a room with sufficient facilities at relatively cheaper prices.

The owner was very friendly and i called him in odd time he received the call , helped me settle with ease ... Being a solo traveller guided me properly on all the places .. And merged me with other travellers for site seeing ... It was an amazing experience and i keep coming to this place often ...
