Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this condo! Its definitely everything the photos show and more. Super clean, very comfy with great A/C and you'll never want to leave the patio view. Pool is perfect, and Lori and Seleni were fabulous hosts making the whole process very easy. We highly recommend it, you wont be disappointed!

We chose this location based on reviews, and everything about it was perfect for us. Extremely clean inside and outside, very safe a guard walked around at night, great pool, 15 min golf cart ride to town, great lil bar/food right next door, quiet at night, patio looks out at ocean with amazing sunrise. We're definitely coming back. Lori spent alot of time w me on call, so easy to communicate with, so grateful for their help getting to and from airport, setting up golf cart and helping us with excursions. Perfect hosts. Trust whatever they say, they were spot on.

From beginning to end, this was a wonderful trip. The property was beautiful with fabulous views. Lori and Jim were wonderful hosts from picking us up at the airport, booking out golf cart and tropic air flight, answering our many questions, and getting us and our luggage back to the airport. The pool was wonderful too, never busy. Usually just us. We loved this place and will be back.

First - Lori and Jim are so wonderful to work with! He met us at the airport, checked us in, even dropped us off. They also arranged a golf cart for us. Lori was immediate in all communication. Wonderful - kind - people! The unit is simply excellent for 2 couples. Well appointed with cooking supplies, linens, towels etc. (So we did a lot of our own cooking in the evenings.) Nice mattress beds, everything clean and neat. Pool and grounds very clean and neat by maint. Don't be afraid of the location! It is 2.5 miles north (if I remember right) of San Pedro airport. But this places you exactly where you want to be. Any farther north, its too sparse of of things like good restraunts and 'golf cart commuting' is a hassle. The south end down by the Marriott; this area is way-way too far south, making it difficult to even go out to dinner or go to Secret Beach. So their location is perfect, and out of the busy noises of the city. Our best advice....don't rent a place 'in' the city, its very noisy and dirty. Our next advice - go down to the boats by the gas station around 9 am. You can buy fresh fish and (in season) lobster, directly from them. (and they will clean them for you) Its a great break from the restaurants. Next - you CAN arrange for tour excursions to pick you up on this dock. It saves a lot of running around. Restaurants: Ali - very good, expensive, handy; PUR - great tacos and the best key lime pie; Secret beach - the wings are smoked; El Fogon - great for local food tasting and family; Bon Appetite - don't waste your money; Truck Stop- expensive for what you get- but is good for the first day or two until you get familar with things; Farm House - best rotessiere chicken and veggies- and fresh crossiants.

We had a great week at OceanAire! This unit was very clean and well-appointed, just as pictured. It is a 3rd floor condo (stairs only) but that also meant good views, especially from the large balcony. The beds were comfortable. The (small) complex is in a quiet area and has a nice private pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Lori was always helpful and very responsive; definitely take advantage of her help booking (and re-booking, as was the case for us due to travel delays) TropicAir flights and golf cart (Jim meeting us at the airport and helping with getting luggage to/from the condo was also very convenient and a great help). Early on, we had some issues with the AC and Lori was able to get repairmen onsite and help source/replace the needed part as quickly as possible. We were kept well-informed throughout that process, as well as in advance of/preparation for an island-wide power outage (which just made for a great day to ferry over to Caye Caulker) and what places would still be open in San Pedro. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property. Seleni & Lori make the entire process from booking, arranging transportation to the island and condo, and golf cart rental seamless and flawless. Diego, the on-site caretaker is also wonderful and can assist you with whatever questions or concerns you have. Additionally, all of the other owners of the condo's at this location were very friendly and engaging. If you are looking for a condo/location that is close/convenient to San Pedro (about a 10 minute golf cart ride to downtown), yet far enough away so that you can relax, this is definitely the place.

We had a great week. Lori helped us manage everything from immigration forms to golf cart rental and meeting us when we got to Ambergris and even departure. Seleni helped plan all of our excursions with some last minute change of plans- the tour guides, scuba guides, fishing guides and sailing trip were all top notch. The VRBO was spacious with well working AC units! Truly a wonderful vacation with out all the stress of having to organize everything.

The condo was perfect. Well appointed, great location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro but close enough to be convenient. Pool was perfect for the kids and unit had everything we could need. Lori was super helpful with the logistics of arrival and departure and getting COVID tests organized. Definitely would recommend.

From the booking to check out Lori & Seleni were wonderful! Great, timely communication and always willing to provide information and answer questions. The condo was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable. Enjoyed walking the beach, swimming in the pool. I highly recommend staying at this condo!

Fantastic experience renting this beautiful property from cleanliness to location to communication! Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The condo is much larger than pictures show and has everything you might need to cook any meals, although we just made coffee there and ate our meals out. We will absolutely stay here again.

All the comforts of home, while in a paradise. We rented 2 condos for our group of 8 friends. The property manager was so great in organizing check in, check out, and any excursions we wanted, including arranging for a Covid test person to come to us on the last day. I cannot wait to go back.

We were surprised at how large the condo was and it was lovely for a group of 4. The pool was great and the complex is well maintained. Great support from management in connecting us with the island. The view was beautiful and all on the island are friendly!!

Lori and Seleni were awesome hosts. Being first time visitors of Belize, they took the time and answered so many of our questions. The location was very convenient to some nice restaurants and bars. The view from our decks were spectacular. The place is much bigger than what the photos depict. The yard and pool were always clean and well maintained. The only thing we had to do was RELAX.

The apartment was larger than expected. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, well stocked. Tons of good quality towels, very comfortable bed. The view of the Caribbean was amazing. So wonderful to eat breakfast on the balcony and watch the pelicans diving for not the water. Lori and Selini, the property managers, are you nctedubly helpful, provided assistance with flights to the Caye, golf cart rentals, and excursions! They even checked in when we had a very brief power outage. Overall, a great experience!

We had never been to Belize, or San Pedro, but took the opportunity to travel there in January of 2020. I knew very little about the country or what to expect before going. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. We travelled with our 2 kids, ages 4 and 6. The unit was very kid friendly. The island is split virtually in two. We were met at the airport by the property managers, who even came with a cold drink to welcome us to the island. Such a nice touch and a good start to the trip! The condo is located 'north of the bridge,' about 10 minutes from town. This was perfect as it was nice and quiet. The unit was nicely equipped and had all the amenities. The unit was VERY clean and VERY spacious. It had towels and everything else we needed during our week long stay. The unit has everything we needed in terms of pots, pans and plates etc. We made breakfast and lunches at the unit and went out every night for dinner. The cuisine was incredible and the number of local restaurants nearby are endless. The island was very safe and we never felt unsafe, even when out and about at night. There are no cars on the island, so prepare to rent a golf cart for your travels. If buying groceries during your stay, be sure and buy them in town, or south of the bridge. Anything north is just stupid expensive. In town they are far more reasonable. The unit was beautiful, and we loved the fact it was situated right on the beach. Selini (a local resident with tour hookups) was absolutely fantastic and communicated with us via whatsapp to book any tours we wanted to do. All in all, this was a fantastic experience. I would most certainly return and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Lori and Selini for a wonderful stay, We had a blast! Sean.

This place is amazing. Perfect location, huge place that was the most well-stocked rental we have ever had (this was our 27th time with VRBO). Lots of towels, nice gas grill and comfortable beds. One of the larger pools in this part of the island, and we liked being just far enough from downtown for peace and quiet while still close enough for the action when you wanted it. The rental agency met our plane and had even arranged our last-minute flight to the island since we were delayed 3 hours and wouldn’t make the ferry. Seleni was so nice and helpful, getting our cart rental and helping us with our luggage and navigating San Pedro to get to the place. Aji restaurant and Secret beach were our favorite.

This is a perfect condo. The property manager is so helpful and coordinates everything from the moment you arrive at the airport to picking up the golf cart, grocery shopping and escorting you to the condo. Very clean and well equipped with, new furnishings and linens, great ocean views and spacious outdoor decks.
