Stayed at many Vegas places and the Signature is good ! This Unit is above the others I have stayed in and Ken was great with all my questions

This Penthouse was in the perfect location, perfect view, perfect everything, furniture a little outdated and only minor repairs needed(toilet seat in living area) that is an ant to a giant and we couldn’t have choose a better place..Highly recommended and we appreciate you

This is a nice place to stay if you’re looking to be close to the strip (about 13 minute walk to Cosmopolitan), but away from the noise of it all. The building and room were clean and without issues.

Property was just as advertised! Great views, spacious apartment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a penthouse experience at a great price! Having access to the MGM pools was a great plus.

Rental was quick and efficient

Check-in / out was a bit clunky at no fault of the owner. MGM only had limited staff so both check in/out were not at the actual tower we stay in. Several elevators were out of service which created bottle necks, and valet service took 20mins to get vehicle at check out

The condo was clean, the views were FANTASTIC, and the location was perfect. The couch bed is not very comfy, which is pretty normal, but everything else was great! Would definitely stay again.

Property was as advertised except the room was not ready at 3pm check-in time we arrived at the penthouse at 4:10pm to find house keep just beginning to clean/service the space which was a major inconvenience due to us having a tight time to make it to the 1st event. The Property manager was very apologetic and offered a late Check-out of 1pm opposed to the original 10am Check-out. That was the only issue. Otherwise the Property was great with a fabulous view!

We were in town for the Surfaces flooring show, and were very comfortable for the 5 days we stayed. The only thing lacking was a broom or small vacuum, as some popcorn was spilled & I wished I could have just cleaned it up.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying a vegas getaway! loved staying and plan to stay again soon!!

First time in Vegas ! This was a complete surprise for the Wifey, she expected a regular Hotel and the moment we pulled up - she could tell this time was different. She looked at me and said " The Penthouse ????? " I replied back - NOPE, the UPPER PENTHOUSE ! Everything was awesome, the view was incredible from the top corner floor. We really enjoyed having the door to the balcony left open and just hearing everything going on below. The second you close that door ? silence The room has everything you need and feels like home versus a Hotel room. Just kick your shoes off and walk about the place like you're the King & Queen. The Valet parking is simple and easy, just scan your ticket and the car is brought to you without really any communication needed. The experience was great and look forward to renting their Florida home next summer.

Nice unit well equipped with everything you need. Valet parking was a bit slow we had to go to tower 2 the get car every time. Was not a huge inconvenience . Unit was very nice the carpet does need a cleaning but I will stay here again. Property manager was quick with answers to questions.

The Penthouse had great views, was clean and comfortable! The only tip we would share is to order kitchen supplies at check in (the kitchen had no dishes, glasses, cups or utensils at all)! The Cuisinart coffee pot is small - only 4 cup (it would have been nice to have a full pot)!

Good location, nice views from balcony. total complex is not yet open but all the amenities you need are available on the property. Penthouse Suite is top notch. will be visiting again

The penthouse was very clean and the view was spectacular. I would highly recommend this to anyone. It was my first time in Vegas and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Your place is spectacular! So clean and comfortable. We knew we would not be hanging around alot of people and wanted a great place, with great views and great food! Having the small little restaurant Delights on premises was perfect and all the food was delicious.

We enjoyed the room. 1 small issue on reservation and they fixed it quickly. Responded right away. Room was clean with a nice view.

Our communication with the property owners were flawless. They were very responsive and provided all the information we needed to have an excellent experience. The unit was just as advertised. We enjoyed the view and the location allowed easy access to the strip. Staff was friendly and very responsive.

The penthouse is absolutely AMAZING! We really enjoyed our stay from the communication with management to the staff all the way up to the room. The only issue we had was the lack of kitchen utensils stated in the listing but that was probably due to COVID. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Amazing. Very large condo top floor, best balcony view I’ve seen in years ! And the sunset through the master bedroom windows simply stunning. Two large bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom and one of the biggest strongest jacuzzi tubs I’ve ever been in . Free valet , connects to mgm for gambling and Starbucks food ect . Look no further you will not be disappointed.

Property is excellent. During COVID, not all amenities (i.e. Starbucks) is open - check before u go

We loved the location and the value was excellent. Owner had great communication and was generally available. Would stay there again. Only issue - the listing states that the place is stocked with extra towels, and bedding for the hide-a-bed Etc. however that was not the case we could not find any extra blankets or anything. We informed the owner and he said they were in the closet but unfortunately the closet was locked - so we had no sheets for the extra bed for our guests and they ended up having to stay in another hotel for the night. Also there was only 2 towels, again I'm guessing because they were in the locked closet. We called the housekeeping company and they said that those items need to be ordered prior to checking in if there are more than two guests so the owner needs to get that figured out. Lastly there were no paper towels and no extra toilet paper rolls, and no dish towels for the kitchen. Other than that we loved it. 5 stars for the place but minus 1 star for not having bedding or towels the first night. Get that issue fixed and you will not be disappointed.

We came just before all the craziness of coronavirus hit. We decided to focus on my niece's 21st birthday and we had a Blast! The room was amazing The View is Awesome!!! I will definitely use this again and next time I'll get the adjoining room!!
