Location is border nice.

Stayed for 1 day as I was traveling to Cote D’Azur and needed a stop midway. Was at the apartment for 4 hours and when I plugged the kettle, the whole apartment power went out. No possibility to reactivate from the apartment. Could not have diner and not even breakfast the next morning (luckily had some biscuits for the kids). There was no electricity in the apartment for most of my stay. The host was unreachable by phone and sms. The provided UK number is not allocated (could be fake). This is very bad not to be able to call the host and not having electricity during over 8 hours of my 12 hours’ stay. At the time I left, there was still no power. The host was contactable only by email and responsiveness is quite bad. Electricity is basic and if something goes wrong, the minimum you could expect is the host trying to fix it. She didn’t even came or sent someone after I informed her of the power issue. Needed to stay in complete dark with my wife and 2 young kids (only by time to time using our phones torch). When the host dare replied, it was to propose to go in the neighbor’s yard to reactivate power from there. A complete joke. Please avoid at all cost.

It Was very Clean and private. Had a private parking space. Kitchen very equipped and practical.

There was no air conditioning , and the Sofabed was uncomfortable. There was an invasion of mosquitos, especially in the Table area outside. The toilet area was very small.

The decoration of the rooms was neat, and the kitchen was really nice. It had a smart TV.

The washing machine doesn’t work, It was unclear if we needed to pay extra for the towels even if we were four but there were only 2 in the bathroom. The plates were inside the dishwasher while they explicitly asked us to store them after the stay. There was no cooking oil, no detergent nor trash bags. The toilet was really small so seating was a challenge if you are over 1.70m. There was no curtain for the bathroom windows and a direct view to a public parking.

The apartment was nicely decorated, it was nice to have a parking space. Wi-Fi was good, well equipped kitchen

As others have already commented - it was extremely hot and the toilet is tiny. Some things didn’t work eg some pans on the hob, washing airer was broken

Excellent for what we needed it for, perfect overnight stay.

Absolutely in the middle of nowhere. Bad location, Punk Neighborhood with dog. No one to contact. Seriously more than hundred euro for that!! Is crazy! Cocon champetre. There is nothing"champetre" there! … fuyez!
