Das Appartment bietet genügend Platz und ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ein echter Hingucker. Die Lage ist sehr gut (Strand gegenüber der Strasse, Kieselstrand 😒). Supermarkt und Bahnhof für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre in ca 10 Minuten Fussweg erreichbar. Eine sehr preiswerte Pizzeria befindet sich im Haus. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an wirklich nichts. Ob Mülltüten, Spülmittel, Seifen und Pflegemitteln im Bad, Desinfektionsmittel, sogar Öl und Essig, Salz und Pfeffer waren in der Küche vorhanden. Man merkt, dass die Vermieterin liebevoll mitgedacht hat. Einchecken und Schlüsselübergabe (über Code) und Kontakt sehr unkompliziert und freundlich über WhatsApp.

Das Internet ist etwas langsam (zum Streamen reicht es nicht aus). Morgens und abends ist die Tunnelstrasse nach Moneglia geöffnet und dann kann es etwas lauter werden. Aber: die Fenster sind so gut isoliert, dass man weder etwas von der Strasse noch von der darunter liegenden Pizzeria irgendetwas hört und die leise Klimaanlage liefert ausreichend Frischluft 😊.

Communication with the owner was excellent, very responsive.

The check-in instructions before arrival were clear and helpful. The level of comfort was good, the firmness of the beds was just right. The shower-room was very good - lighting was good, double wash basins probably more than we needed, and the shower was very good - plenty of warm water with good pressure. Toiletries were provided, and plenty of clean towels for a two-night stay. Coffee maker (pods) was good, but no milk was provided.

The entrance into the apartment was straight into the bedroom. There was no privacy if other guests in neighbouring apartments were in the corridor. Location is a bit far from Cinque Terre, which is where we were visiting. Distance is not great, but time to reach Levanto was more than we anticipated and there is not much to do/ see in Deiva Marina.

We had very nice stay at this location. Host was responding to our queries swiftly and was very helpful. Location is beautiful & peaceful. I definitely recommend staying at this place.

The Apartment was perfect! Very clean, a breathtaking sea view and a great spacious bathroom with shower. The kitchen was definitely big enough for a three night stay.

The only thing that could be better was the knives in the kitchen and maybe a couple spices.

Nice place, large room, modern, clean, has everything you need.

Train is one per hour in September to Cinque terre, small bed.

Great location opposite the sea. close to restaurants and bars.
