What a lovely, relaxing stay. We’ve stayed twice in the last 5 years. We love the parents retreat and bedroom next door for our six year old son. A big leafy backyard and secluded feel but right in town and close to everything including a huge nature playground that got a workout !! Lovely, caring host. Thank you Xx

Brilliant location, house was clean and tidy, Lorraine was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the house is perfect but that is as far as it goes. As soon as we opened the doors to the house the smell of cigarette smoke was completely overpowering. We were meant to be staying there with my 3 young children and they began coughing instantly and the adults got headaches and were coughing too. The house itself was not cleaned properly, with dead flies and spiderwebs everywhere. I immediately msged the owner to let her know that we could not stay there. Disappointingly she will not return my emails so I can not get any compensation. I wasn’t asking for much just a nice place to stay with my family and friends, if this had happened at one of my houses I would have been polite enough to respond and provide a refund. I realise that she may have been unaware of the cigarette smoke and it may have been the people before us but not responding is no way to run a nice place for people to stay and she should be very disappointed with herself. I would not recommend to stay here at all.

Property was very tidy and suited us perfectly for our stay in Dunsborough. Quiet street but so close to town and the beach couldn’t have asked for more! We also brought our little dog and she loved the backyard. Very homey place, would definitely recommend :)

The house is a 5 min walk from the beach and a 1 minute walk into town. Plenty of space for the family. Big grassy back yards for the kids to kick a ball and secure for the dog. Highly recommended.

house was full of mosquitoes, sprayed the whole house, but seem to keep coming back, air con in main bedroom was not keeping cold tap handles missing in laundry but you get what you pay for.

This house is perfect for large groups and the dog! It is very well located to the bay and town and you do not need to worry about every little thing as the property is comfortably lived in and not too precious. We would definitely stay here again as we had the most amazing holiday here for Christmas and New Year,

Great location . easy designed house. Let down by cleanliness in downstairs bathroom and lack of hand soap which we have mentioned .

Such a wonderful place to stay, comfortable homely feel and in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the town centre. We will definitely be back :)

Perfect cosy home away from home on a fantastic location

Location was wonderful. House was fine. Shower pressure awesome.

The house was perfectly located 1 minutes walk from town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable. Secure back yard for the dog. Smart TV. the house was spotless and had everything I needed. I will be back again soon.

The house was in a prime location but it needed of a good clean air vents cobwebs in corners just a bit of TLC. The owner was fantastic helping out with the problems of the first night. As for the so called cleaner I will not get into that . Would we stay here again if it had work done on it yes if not no. Witch is a shame as the location is fantastic as was the owner. Shame about the rest of it.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great for the different age bracket of family members. The location was perfect, just a short lovely walk to cafes and beach.

My elderly parents, me and hubby and adult daughter all stayed two nights. Homely, brilliant location and everything you need in the house. Not new, but clean and the atmosphere is lovely. Next time we will bring our little dogs also and stay longer. Communication by the owner was immediate and friendly. Recommended highly.

The house had lots of room and was the perfect distance for everything in town and the beach!

Serviceable for our needs, location very good, could do with some plumbing things attended to. A high pressure clean outside wouldn’t go astray.
