We like very much the place, clean and new, happy place.

Very nice location for those who have a car. The fan makes a noise. The bathroom upstairs is not convenient for old people like us.

We highly recommend this place. It was very homey and nicely decorated and scented. All questions were addressed before our arrival and requests were responded to promptly and kindly. Our host was lovely, kind, and hospitable. There were snacks and breakfast supplied by surprise, which was so lovely. Very clean and comfortable. There isn't parking by the house but we found some not far away.

The host was helpful and generous. The place included products for breakfast - fruits, bread, yogurt with granola, milk, coffee, tee etc. The place was very clean, and larger than expected

We liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. We also liked the idea that the hostess was generous with gifts of food and water and all of the lovely touches in the room and bath.

The only downside was that the bathroom was upstairs and going in the middle of the night was inconvenient--

the host, location, cleanliness were all great. very nicely appointed studio with everything you would need. the host was very attentive to our needs, and even preloaded kitchen fridge with few delicious snacks.

on the other hand, the studio is in the basement, and the bathroom is on the first floor connected by a steep flight of stairs. it was inconvenient for us. i wish this was spelled out in the original listing.
