We stayed for 2 days while visiting the area. The house was clean and the owners have thought of providing everything we could imagine-from the kitchen to the beach equipment. The weather did not cooperate to enjoy much outdoor time, but the rooftop deck would have been wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is so walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was nice that the bedrooms are on different floors. The kitchen was very well appointed, The rooftop deck was a definite bonus, especially with the hot tub. Will definitely want to stay here again!

This condo was a great find - the kitchen was very well equipped with really anything you would need (including coffee pods for the Keurig!). I was visiting my daughter who goes to Cal Poly so it was a great retreat for her and she had the downstairs bed and bath to herself which was a treat. The beds were comfy and cozy and decor all so charming. Hot tub was a huge plus too! Will definately want to stay here again!

This place has everything! The hosts have thought everything you need. There are beach toys and everything you need for a family day at the beach. Every kitchen utensil that you can think of (plus kid dishes!). Lots of towels and places to hang everything up. Plus, it's blocks from the beach and the condo has high end finishes. It's truly exceptional.

Very nice location and home. Had everything we needed. The pull out beds were perfect for the little ones. Would stay here again!

We were looking for a quick getaway before our kids went back to school and found this condo was available for two nights. The layout was great. Our kids enjoyed the bottom floor with their own bedroom, bathroom and family room. We loved the rooftop deck and spa. It was a quick one block walk to the beach and downtown Avila. The property owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again!

This home was amazing and in a great spot, not too far but not too close. More than enough space and a great rooftop patio with jacuzzi we enjoyed.

We loved staying at this property. It's a beautiful condo and so close to the beach, shops along the waterfront, and the Bob Jones trail. The kitchen was very well-stocked and there were so many nice touches throughout (high quality linens, tissue boxes in every room, beach supplies, even Q-tips and cotton rounds!). We didn't stay long enough to use the roof patio very much, but it looked like a fun place to hang out. Checking in and out was very easy and there were thorough instructions for everything. My husband I stayed with our teen sons and they basically took over the first floor and wandered upstairs when they got hungry. Great condo for a family or small group. We would stay here again!

This condo is very tastefully decorated and VERY comfortable. There are multiple comfy places to sit in the living room, cozy throw blankets, lots of windows, nice bedding. The sheets were so soft I took a picture of the brand to get them for home. There were plenty of towels and other equipment in the garage. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and the beach. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a well equipped kitchen with clean pots and pans, a salad spinner, multiple serving bowls, etc. It's exceptionally clean. The roof top is a great place to hang out and there's a fire pit up there too. We rented electric bikes from Bolt About (behind the French restaurant) and the owner is such a nice guy who really sets you up for success, especially if it's your first time with an electric bike. I was struck by how friendly everyone is in this little beach town. The owners of the unit were very responsive to a few things that came up and worked to resolve them as quickly as possible. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was the first time we decided to leave home for Christmas with our 2 adult daughters (26 and 28) and our grandson (2). It was the best time being together for 4 days at this perfect property. The owners thought of everything as far as amenities. Needed to contact them once regarding the oven, but they were so responsive and kind! This was a trip we will never forget, thanks so very much!

Lovely place - close to the beach and the boardwalk area; great living room area and space, lots of room to chat. Loved the setup and convenience of starting with coffee pods, ample toilet paper, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. so you could get to the relaxing part of the trip without worrying about immediately locating a grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property close to the beach. Hosts are very communicative regarding everything you might want to know about the property. Very responsive to any questions. Property has a wonderful kitchen if you like to cook. Property is close to lots of hikes/walks; also downtown SLO and all that has to offer. Also close to Paso for wine tasting; and close to Morro Bay for fresh fish. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was a perfect homebase for our weekend of fun in Avila. Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfy and everyone had their own space. The rooftop is amazing! There are a few different places to hang out which is really nice with a group. Host was easy to communicate with and made our stay easy. I would definitely recommend this condo, and actually already have shared with family who live far away, to come visit us here on the Central Coast. Avila Beach is a gem and this condo helps it shine!

We have stayed at many houses in Avila and this house was so organized and they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy to figure things out. They offered so many extras. We had one minor issue and they were very responsive and made sure we were happy with our experience there. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Avila Beach!

Beautiful condo with room for all 8 of us. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay so much!!!

Just blocks from the beach and has its own parking garage. Hot tub on the rooftop deck was great in the mornings as well as the evenings. Well stocked with all the essentials. Just stop at the grocery store on your way in and you’ll never have to leave! Plenty of beach toys and boards! And a collapsible cart to haul it all to the beach.
