The house was exactly as described, and perfect for our family. My only caution is that there are a lot of stairs in the house. It wasn't an issue for anyone in our group, but if you're traveling with anyone with mobility issues or a crawling baby/toddler, it may prove to be a bit challenging. I think our favorite part of the house was the heated pool. It felt great on chillier evenings- almost like a giant hot tub. The owner was incredibly responsive. A few small issues popped up during our trip, and she addressed them immediately. My only regret is that our trip wasn't longer, and we didn't have more time to spend in the house. The location is great- an hour drive from TPA, and only 15-30 minutes to Anna Maria Island, depending on which beach you go to. Our family would absolutely return to this area, and if we do, we would love to stay in this house again.

My family and I had a great time at this house with its heated pool and amazing views of the intercoastal. Plenty of room inside and out. Had a couple of hiccups during check in and the wifi going out, but the host was responsive and determined to give solutions. Location is conveniant with about a 20 minute drive to Sarasota or Longboat Key. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and location were perfect for our family. Three kids and five adults - we had plenty of individual and shared space. The on site pool was perfect and we were minutes away from beautiful beaches at Anna Maria Island. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and the house was fully stocked with kitchen/pool/beach needs. Highly recommend

We had a wonder stay celebrating 11 of us turning 50 this past year. It was perfect to relax by pool and quick drive to one of the beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed great restaurants and many friendly faces.

hosts very attentive. the property actually has 2.5 bathrooms. the half bath is in pool area. great when you are at pool but having only one full bathroom in common area inside was sometimes inconvenient. second full bath is in suite on top floor and most convenient for whoever stays in that suite. well stocked with towels and paper goods. pool concrete needs a good power wash. bradenton surrounding area very spotty neighborhoods. all in all the house was functional and we enjoyed our stay.

Heated pool was great! The house was close to grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay! Super nice to have all the beach necessities.

Fell in love with this VRBO as soon as we pulled into the driveway. Upscale, quiet neighborhood just minutes away from AMI and other beaches. Large clean house with plenty of room for multiple guests. Christy was very responsive and attentive from the time of booking to during our stay. Would definitely come back here again!

The house was clean and well equipped with necessities needed for a lengthy stay. The neighborhood was nice and on the bay. The owner was responsive to a few issues. The owner controls house temperature and rooms could be warmer then we like. Steps could be an issues. Unfortunately several homes near us had construction and was noisy. Heated pool was nice and owner had issue with heat fixed.

Overall great experience! Not too far from the beaches, clean house overall, great pool area, good space to hang out and we’ll stocked with household and beach supplies. Only downsides were the two king beds being very noisy, not enough bathrooms on the living levels for 11 people, and a few things needing attention in the house that were broken/needing replaced. But we really did enjoy our stay and the hosts are very good at responding and answering any and all questions!

Everything was smooth, and the property was very nice. The beaches aren't too far, and they are beautiful.

I needed a place to go in a sunny location with a pool and comfortable space for 7 guests. We were not disappointed. My ratings for check-in and location are not 5 stars because...I didn't get the email with the check-in/lockbox info on the day of arrival as promised but I messaged the owner and got a quick response and all was solved. In terms of the location I don't feel qualified to say whether the location was ideal in relation to other attractions etc. because we only really left the house once during our entire stay. We weren't in it for spending time away from the house. Kitchen was well appointed and dining out by the pool was perfect in the evening. We had everything we needed for pool time in general - plenty of towels and pool floats/noodles. Which was my priority. There are a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem for us at all but can see why some folks with mobility issues may have difficulty. I know lots of folks have noted that the number of bathrooms was disappointing. We honestly didn't have any issues with that either, but we were a smallish group and didn't spend a lot of time trying to shower and get ready for going out etc. The views from the house are nice, the bay isn't super picturesque but a few of our guests are bird enthusiasts and really loved catching wildlife views throughout the day from all vantage points - there are many. The neighborhood is really lovely and well kept - lots of trees and plants of interest if that's your thing (its our thing). Bottom-line we really enjoyed ourselves and the only issue I had was that we hadn't booked the house for a day longer so we could have soaked it in a bit more.

The house is clean and comfortable, everything works well, and the location is convenient to beaches and downtown Sarasota. The pool and patio area is very nice. Plenty of parking spaces in driveway and garage. The owners are very responsive to requests.
