The house was very nice and quiet. The garage cans need to be empty and little space to put our in.

Such a great house for our family. The decor was so pretty. It was so clean and the hosts were super responsive. I loved the storage in the house. The beds were SO comfortable, so much so that I came home looking for the same pillowtop for my own mattress. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is a beautiful VRBO in a great central location in Bluffton, SC. Looks like it was decorated by a professional!
Very clean, stocked nicely with towels and dishes (no food items, spices or coffee - plan to bring or purchase your own). You will allso will need to bring your own hairdryer.
Does have a nice full size washer and dryer (bring or buy soap), but it really helps if you want to pack a bit lighter then do laundry half way through your stay (wish I had known - I would have packed less!).
Main rooms are downstairs. Bedrooms are upstairs. Full size master with large bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom.
We did not use the grill out back, but there is a small backyard with a grill - and a nice large kitchen inside with all the amenities if you plan to eat in.
Really nice clean place, beautifully decorated. Close to shopping center (5 minutes) with a major grocery store and a Starbucks. Great, safe neighborhood with a community pool.

In town for a friend’s wedding at Palmetto Bluffs. It was a perfect spot and a beautiful place. Wish we had more time to enjoy. In Fri and out Sunday early am. The whole process was easy and again as advertised. Beautiful !

Terrific stay for our visiting staff members! Property manager is an awesome, long-time local and a wonderful resource for anyone lucky enough to stay in this great property. Looking forward to having our staff return next summer!

The house is beautiful! We were very pleased with the location to everything we needed. It was very clean & Michelle; the property manager was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this property very highly to anyone who is looking for a rental in the Bluffton area.

Easy check in with key code, manager gets back to you ASAP! The house is fairly new, beautiful decor, comfortable and the location was terrific! Close to grocery store and 15 minutes to downtown Bluffton. Only draw back was no drip coffee pot only a Pod style and no pods, bring your pods! Loved the community pool and the neighborhood, very safe.

Wonderful Townhouse close to both Savannah and Hilton Head!
We had a wonderful experience at the townhouse! Beautiful and cozy, yet spacious enough for us to have our own bedrooms and space. Wonderfully appointed with modern chic beach decor. All the furniture was comfortable and well maintained. Wonderful fenced in backyard. Amenities and beach supplies provided. Owner was quick to respond when we asked to extend or had any questions! Will definitely return to this beautiful property in the future! Highly recommended!

Almost perfect
The home still seems new and is very clean. The master bath is very easy to love with the specialty shower. The location is about a 15-minute drive to Old Towne Bluffton and most other attractions. The photos are mostly accurate. The only downside to the photos is that there was no grill as shown. The master suite smells a little smokey to a sensitive nose. Since we don't smoke, it was noticeable. Thankfully, the owner placed a scented candle in the master suite which masked the smoke smell perfectly. The owner requests that you take the trash to the landfill. That errand took 25 minutes versus the 5 minutes stated by the owner. Our favorite parts of the rental were the modern, well-stocked kitchen, master shower, overall cleanliness, and comfy couches.

Just as Awesome as before
Very nice home, just as we experienced last year when we were there. Which is why we wanted to rent it again. It is perfect for our families needs and the location couldn’t be any better. The owner is awesome too, answers my emails and questions quickly. Once I know about next years competition schedule, we will be back. Thank you for an awesome place to stay.

Marine Graduation
This was a convenient location to attend our Marine's graduation at Parris Island. We were also able to experience shopping and dining in the Hilton Head area and the Savannah GA area. The house was perfect and fit our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with Mark the owner was an easy process. We are considering another visit to the area and staying here again for a family vacation.

Beautiful, comfortable beach vibe
The house was perfect! Everything was pristine, lots of space to spread out and enjoy on the first floor. Kitchen appliances worked well. Cabinets had everything we needed for a short stay & room to store what we brought with us. Bedrooms upstairs had clean, comfortable beds & huge closets so we could slip suitcases out of sight. We made the whole family use the master bath shower at least once because it was so fabulous but both bathrooms were big and clean. Our stay was focused on a local wedding so water play was at the community pool, which was quiet and just at the end of the street. Property is close to multiple Kroger & Publix grocery stores, a huge range of restaurants and shopping options.
Owner was quick to respond to our texted questions and even made sure we were aware of local weather alerts as our stay was just before a hurricane. (Thank you so much!)

Super location. Easy access to roads to Savannah, Hilton Head, Beaufort and Old Town Bluffton
Home was nicely decorated and room sizes generous. Kitchen was well appointed in addition to large outdoor grill. Home is very clean. Owner is pleasant and extremely attentive to any needs. Love the Bluffton area so much we are looking into making it our permanent home.

Fantastic!
The house was beautiful! Everything we needed for our stay. We went to our sons graduation from boot camp on Parris Island and the house was within a good distance and close to everything we needed.

Just LOVED it!
This home is totally awesome! So clean, easy to live in and comfortable! The kitchen is furnished with anything you can imagine you’ll need. The gas grill is clean, and big.
The location is close to everything. Bluffton is a sweet city for all ages to enjoy.
Mark, the owner, is so responsive and helpful. He anticipates his tenants needs. Great guy!
We will most define stay here again when we’re in the area.

Perfect for the occasion
Beautiful property. Every kind of pan you can think of so make cooking easier. King bed in the master was amazing along with the shower!!! But the other 2 queens in the bedrooms were not as comfortable b/c then didnt have box springs. Over this was an amazing stay.

Great House Full of Charm.
Robert & I were so impressed with the house & feeling so welcomed. Old Towne Bluffton as well as Hilton Head have so much to see. We highly recommend Squatty Goble, Fatty Patties, Captain Woodys and a wonderful Italian Restaurant all in Bluffton. We came down not expecting Florence that devasted SC & NC. It was originally to hit Bluffton & HH. Because of this we had to stay longer because of high waters and 95N&S closed. Mark: Thank you for going out of your way to helping us out till we get home. Wonderful place

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this very spacious, very beautiful property.
The owners were so helpful, so accommodating, and only a phone call or email away. They responded almost immediately to any question we had.
When we walked into this beautiful home, we felt very welcomed and right at home.
Everything that we needed was provided to begin our week worry free.
If you are ever in the Hilton Head/ Savannah are, We would definitely recommend that you consider staying at this beautiful home.
It is only a short drive to either point and located in such a nice quiet area in beautiful Bluffton SC.

Fantastic home near Bluffton
We loved our 3-day stay. Mark was extremely responsive, and as a result we had no concerns or issues prior to or during our trip. While we spent very little time in the home (our purpose was to visit with family in the region), we found it immaculate, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The very charming Old Town Bluffton is a 10 minute drive, and Hilton Head Island is 20 minutes. Should our plans call for future stays in the area, we would return in a heartbeat!
