This was a memorable place to stay at with family. Rooms were very big and tons of space for the kids to play and run around. Pool was amazing and stayed heated the whole time. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the views from the back were amazing. Definitely recommended if you want a quiet getaway from the big city of Orlando but be nearby. Only thing that we had issues with was the gameroom, its in the garage area and it was not well ventilated. It did get pretty hot in there. Also, one of the rules was to keep the ac levels at 74°F at all times. Other than that, this is the number one place to go for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is a great size and the outdoor area is wonderful! Working with the property manager was great. Only a couple of things... the carpet had lots of stains and were quite dirty. Also, coming in at night was very confusing to finding the front entrance to Providence. I would suggest giving the address of checking in at security gate from hwy 17/92 Providence Blvd. We entered the home address which brought us to the incorrect entrance which was confusing. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 9 people and still gives you spaces for privacy without feeling overcrowded. It is a big home with ample space to spread out and be comfortable.
Although we did have a few issues after check-in (pool heater not on, a few tv's not working) those issues were resolved quickly and the level of communication was very responsive. They even called several times to check on our stay. We would highly recommend this place again!

Everything was great overall! Everyone enjoyed the stay and the home. The pool was a hit with the kids. We used the grill multiple times. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only three things I would critique were the shower heads not spraying well, there were no cookie sheets/trays, and there was what looked like dog hair everywhere.
Honestly, other than that, everything was good to go, access to the property was smooth, and everyone truly enjoyed the home.

House was clean and comfortable. The house has plenty of room to relax and unwind. The entire process was very easy and Jamin from the management company was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We will definitely stay in this house again in the future.

My family and friends enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. The outdoor pool area was awesome, and a great way to spend each evening. The location was ideal for area attractions, If in Orlando again, would definitely stay at this property!

It’s a home away from home. This house was extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that’s needed to cook meals every night. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The pool and patio area was so relaxing.

The property was wonderful. It could use a few updates. Tile is cracked in several places and the carpet on the stairs was stained. Overall it was a wonderful I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

The our favorite part of this house were the lakes behind the house. We saw alligators, cranes, herons, & turtles daily. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the pool at the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-decorated home. The quiet, friendly neighbourhood and wonderful private pool area were perfect after a busy day exploring Orlando. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Perfect villa, perfect holiday. Everything went better than we were expecting, the villa is fantastic and one of the best we have ever stayed in (we have been coming to Florida for 20 years)... this was our 3rd time with booking with you, we will never use anybody else from now on.

Had a couple very minor issues that were fixed within an hour. Kids were in the pool the entire time when they were not at Disney. Will definitely rent this property again!!

Very very very kid friendly.. my son and I enjoyed the pool side all day with a beautiful view and different animals right across the lake. We saw otters, turtles, and different species of birds! The nature walk is a must and you must check out the resort amenities.

Beautiful and clean
We stayed for two weeks and the place was super clean, modern, hot tub and pool were very fantastic. Customer service from Ellis Exclusive Villas was extremely nice and cool. Clubhouse was good and grocery stores close by. We would love to stay here again and again.

What a GEM of a find!
The house is professionally decorated, spacious and very clean. The property manager even set up a Christmas tree for us. The pool area gets the sun all day and the home comes with plenty of outdoor furniture that is very comfortable.

All the space you need
We had 3 families doing the Flordia amusement park vacation. This house was a perfect location to all the parks and shopping. It is very spacious with tons of entertainment if you plan for a day in. The pool and game room were great for the kids and adults to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, very clean!
Is a very beautiful home and equipped with everything that you need. Ellis Villas, especially Sue was very quick with responding and extremely helpful. Next time we visit Florida we would definitely be trying to stay in this home again.

Great house
We had such a great time at Palm Golf. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We all enjoyed comfortable beds and enough space for relaxing and eating throughout the house. The communication with EEV and property managers was quick and very helpful. The house truly enhanced our vacation!
