Great stay, very nice a spacious house that served our every need.

We have been going on these weekend golf getaways for several years and this house is as good as it gets. Huge living area, kitchen and outdoor space (deck and patio). More than enough (comfortable) beds. Terrific location. Just a great place for a large group. No complaints at all. Looking forward to going back next year.

We had a large family gathering of 15 including grandparents and kids from preschoolers to teenagers. All loved the home with lots of memories made! After a long day of skiing at Gunstock, everyone looked forward to relaxing in the spacious living room or gathering at one of multiple comfy spots to play card games or just hanging out. Robert was also very responsive. After a night of heavy snowing, all it took was a quick text to Robert to get a plow guy out to clear to driveway. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

This was the perfect place for our family ski trip! The house provided a space for each family to have an area of their own, and large communal areas for us all to be together comfortably! We can’t wait to book again!

We booked the Belmont home for a quick weekend away from home with friends and family ages 3-40. There was plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. We had some issues with the induction stove at first but figured it out and was able to cook with a fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of beds for everyone. We would highly consider coming back in the summer for use of the pool!

Overall the house was exactly what we needed. The only issue we ran into is cleanliness with dishes and other areas. There were dishes when we arrived and dirty ones in the cabinets. The heat was very high and we were unable to change the settings which made it difficult for some to sleep. We did have issues with the stove but the owner was quick to communicate with us. Overall the house was in fair condition and we enjoyed our stay. The living room was big and had lots of seating. The house was also nicely decorated for the holiday which was lovely. I would suggest getting a Keurig because the industrial coffee maker was not user friendly.

Had a great stay at the Belmont house. We maxed out the occupancy but never felt crowded. Also had a few more for Thanksgiving and this place was perfect. A few minor issues, but all were resolved. Evolve did a great job of following up when we arrived. Would stay here again if we needed a place for my family.

The house was very clean it had more than enough space to fit my family. The host was very nice and helpful when we needed to ask questions on things. We plan on booking this location again for the summer. I highly recommend this home.

Robert was incredibly helpful and the house was perfect for a group. We were close to everything we needed including the lake, had a wonderful time in the pool, and had so much space for both sleeping accommodations and space to hang out and eat!

The owner had movers come while I was renting to remove the couches from the entertainment area, gave me $100 and asked me to ask the movers to bring up the couch in the basement in place of what they were removing. The couch in basement was dusty, dirty and covered with boxes. The movers refused because of the smell in the basement. The audacity to even attempt to bring old dusty musty smelling couches for my family to "relax" on. It is not my responsibility to ensure this stuff gets done, the owner should've have this done before renting it, hence left me and my family with nothing to sit on. We had to move couches in order to sit in the entertainment room, causing a pinched nerve in my neck, and being bedridden my entire trip!!! The kitchen was a complete disorganized mess. Utensils in every single kitchen drawer (about 14 kitchen drawers), not labeled so trying to find things were hassle. Yard was dirty, too many bugs. I suggest having the yard sprayed if your renting it out, nobody want to sit outside being attacked by bugs all day long. Took us 3 hours to get the grill to work. The porch furniture chairs were basically school chairs to seat a child, uncomfortable to say the least. The house needs major updating for the amount they charge to rent it. I recommend to NOBODY. Spent a wonderful week 4th of July at Lakes region in New Hampshire Plenty of room for our group including plenty of parking for a boat and Jet ski The family enjoyed the pool and kids couldn’t get enough and it was very hot so everyone spent a lot of time at pool area Second only to the large TV area. Owner was easy to work with and came by with gifts of Pie and Jams Would recommend this place and would like to come back in future Wonderful Vacation

We did a family trip. The house has a lot of space. Kids loved the pool. Had no wifi first day. But it got connected on second day. Overall great place for a big family. We had 22ppl

We booked this location because it was big enough to fit our large family while we traveled back to NH to bury our Grandfather. This location met that criteria; there were definitely enough beds, but that is where the positive portion of this experience ends. This house was an absolute mess and a safety hazard!! (To be clear, we have photos of all of this.) When we arrived, there was scaffolding, ladders and construction equipment all over the back yard. I'm assuming the owner is rebuilding the deck, because it has temporary 2x4 rails and caution tape all over it. The washer and dryer were filled with wet towels, and the washroom had trash bags full of dirty bedding. On Day 1, we were left a message that there was extra toilet paper and paper towels in the basement, however we could not find them. Many of the light bulbs in the fixtures were burned out. Most of the room lights/ fans worked off remotes, but had dead batteries, so we could not turn them on. There were also broken or missing light switches and outlets with exposed wires. During the stay, we left messages for the contact person about this, but they did not call us back. Except for Day 1, communication was non-nonexistent! At some point someone came into the house without notifying us, because on Day 3, the dirty bedding bags had been removed from the washroom. The kitchen is over stuffed with random and dirty cooking gadgets and appliances. We had to wash all the pots, pans and utensils before we could use them. There was no empty pantry space for guests. The refrigerators had not been cleaned out as there were two half empty liter bottles left in them. I seriously do not understand how this place is considered rentable, it was dangerous!

Had a fun weekend with 18 guys for a bachelor party. Had some troubles getting into the house and setting up the TV and internet, but hosts were readily available and helped us completely! Huge house with plenty of space! Great time! Thank you!

House is bigger than it appears in pictures. It was perfect for our post covid friends catch-up. We had 16 and never felt crowded. There were spaces to break away but also able to cook and hang out together. would definitely rent again. The owner was also very responsive.

First I must say the property manager was absolutely incredible. She was extremely friendly & answered every question I had. The owner of the house was out of the state during my stay & I didn't fully know that until trying to check in; I believe this made it difficult for him to answer questions quickly (time difference). House is laid out better than pictures for sure/bed spaces are more private than originally I thought which was a bonus. The house is HUGE & the absolute perfect get away. There were little things here & there that could have been cleaned more/upgraded but nothing was drastic enough to effect our stay. I will absolutely be renting this house again & can't wait to see the property manager again!

The house is impressively big. Huge living room and bedrooms. It is a perfect place for a family reunion. Would love to come back during the summer months to use the pool that is impressive.

Spacious and quiet area for a friendly gathering. Owner is quick in replying with any questions/concerns we had. Check in process was very easy. Trees around here were beautiful since it’s fall and they’re changing colors. The house was beautiful and would definitely stay again in the future.

The house is nice with room for a lot of people (there were 16 family members in our group). The pool is beautiful.

Great pool. Kind of felt let down by the cleanliness of the house. Sinks, tubs, toilets, showers all stained and yucky. Found unmentionables in the cupboards. They leave all the cleaning supplies at the front door. There was a Christmas tree still up.

Overall we had a great week. They need a landscaper to clean up the back yard. Overgrown gardens and glass shards on the patio. Back deck needs to be replaced big time. 3 of the 6 kids were stung by bees while swimming. 2 kids stepped on glass while swimming. I wish there was better outside seating to eat lunch while the kids dried off from the pool (the only out side table was a metal picnic table and an old wooden table that looked like it was about to fall apart). For the price they charge there should at least be a nice patio table with an umbrella for shade that accommodates the amount of people that can sleep there.

This home easily accommodated 5 families. Location is great. Kids enjoyed the pool and upstairs bunk room. Was a great home base for our vacation.

This property was perfect for our wedding weekend. The location great. It was 10 minutes from everything we needed. We had about 18 friends stay with us from the wedding party and they all were all able to have their own beds and space to get ready for the special day. The large back yard and porches were a nice place to unwind and hang out and catch up with anyone stopping by to visit for the weekend as well. The pool was a great place for the warm days we had leading up to the wedding and there was plenty of parking. The large living room with an impressive TV and comfy couches was a great spot to relax and sit and talk with friends. Robert the owner was very responsive when I reached out with questions and even gave us recommendations and helped put my mind at ease with any questions we had. Thanks for making it a great weekend!

Large roomy home with lots of room!

This house was the perfect house for our purpose. However, there were some cleanliness issues and there are several broken items in the house. The dumpster in the driveway is overflowing with trash. I did text the property manager who let his cleaning company know I was dissatisfied. However, the trash continued to be a problem and was never picked up. Animals got into it each night and each morning the driveway was littered with trash. This home could be so much more beautiful with some updates and having the little things fixed.

House was huge accommodated all 21 of us they only thing I would say is the bathrooms need a lilttle more up grading and the stove and oven cook really slow other than that things worked out

Obviously it is not a new house but if the manager can pay a little more attention on the cleanness of it it would make it a house where I would go every year. I have been there in the winter time and had a good experience in the spacious house and cant wait to go there in the summer to enjoy the backyard and the pool too.
