Ruhig gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, hilfreiche Tipps von der Vermieterin

Im Vorfeld unserer Reise nach Strassbourg funktionierte die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles Wissenswerte zu der Wohnung bestens vermittelt. Außerdem haben wir uns über die kleinen Gastgeschenke sehr gefreut und den Wein mit Genuss getrunken und den vorzüglichen Rhabarberkuchen deliziös verspeist. Die Lage der Wohnung lädt zu vielen und vielseitigen Aktivitäten ein. So waren wir sowohl mit dem Auto an sehr schönen Orten im Elsass unterwegs, als auch mehrmals im Zentrum von Strassbourg. Wenn wir es einmal ruhig haben wollten, konnten wir jederzeit den wunderschönen Garten der Vermieterin nutzen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit wundervollen Momenten und neuen Eindrücken. Die Lage der Wohnung war hervorragend, Bus & Bahn sind in der Nähe gefahren. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett & die Schlüsselübergabe ist reibungslos ohne Kontakt verlaufen. Die Wohnung war in einen top Zustand. Wir kommen aus Deutschland & waren als Mädelsgruppe unterwegs.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und kurze Wege nach Straßburg. In der Umgebung fußläufig erreichbarer Supermarkt sowie Bäckerei und Apotheke. Super Anbindung an ÖPNV. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Absolut empfehlenswert ☺️

El apartamento es muy cómodo, funcional y seguro, además de agradable, lo que permitió que nuestra estancia fuera muy confortable y nos sintiéramos como En casa. Sylvianne nos resolvió muy amablemente nuestras dudas y peticiones. Así como el recibimiento de su parte y contar con la ayuda siempre amable y cariñosa de sus padres, Marceille y Bernard que viven en el piso de abajo. Pasamos un mes muy contentos.

Très bel Appartement. Décoration charmante, très bien équipé literie impeccable et un emplacement fonctionnel pour un accès au centre-ville facilité avec la station de tramway à côté. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sylviane à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Die Vermieterin spricht flüssig Deutsch und ist telefonisch immer Erreichbar. Im Haus leben die Eltern und sprechen ebenfalls deutsch. Sehr saubere Wohnung - Küche und Bad auf neuestem Stand - kunstvolle Einrichtung - Garten durften wir mitnutzen - die TRAM ist um die Ecke - mit dem Park u Ridetiket für unter Fünf Euro alle in die Stadt und wieder zurück ist einfach unschlagbar. In Straßburg sind alle freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir kommen gern wieder...

Eine sehr schöne 3 Raumwohnung im Dachgeschoss die modern ist und Charisma hat. Bei einer persönliche Schlüsselübergabe wurde uns alles erklärt was in und um Straßburg zu beachten ist. Sehr entspannt war es auch durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung die nur 5min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

De woning is goed verzorgd. Ligging op 3de etage, geen lift. Met tuintje dat gebruikt kan worden door de gasten. De woning ligt aan twee drukke wegen. Slapen met ramen open is nauwelijks mogelijk. Vliegtuigoverlast stijgende en dalende vliegtuigen.

Heel net en met veel smaak ingericht appartement voorzien van o.a. keukengerief, wifi en de mogelijkheid om kledij te wassen. Rustig gelegen nabij tram- en bushalte, een Carrefour en een paar lekkere restaurants. Vriendelijk onthaal door eigenares, fijn contact ook met haar ouders die in het gebouw wonen. Voor mensen zoals wij die zonder auto reizen was dit een ideale formule om Straatsburg en omgeving te verkennen.

Woning ligt op een prima locatie. Slechts ca. 200 meter van het de tramhalte. Het parkeren van de auto incl. 4 tramkaartjes was in totaal 4,20 euro voor een hele dag. Dit was voor ons ongekend goedkoop. Straussburg is een prachtige stad eveneens de plaats Colam (zeker in de kerstgepriode bezoeken)

Von der ersten Kommunikation über Check in Absprache, die Wohnung an sich, die Ausstattung und Lage - alles Top. Mit der Straba in 10 Minuten im Zentrum oder mit dem Taxi für 20€. Sehr gute Betten!

Appartement très bien situé et au calme, bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui s'est montrée très disponible à notre arrivée et très attentionnée (encore merci pour les petits sablés de Noël que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et les bonnes adresse de restaurants). Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour à Strasbourg. Corinne S.

La propreté et l'aménagement de l'appartement nous ont ravi. De plus la propriétaire a fait une décoration de Noël ce qui nous a mis directement dans l'ambiance. On se sentait chez nous et on a dormis comme des rois grâce au calme et au confort. Ma belle famille venue du Portugal à fortement apprécié ce séjour. Les commerces proches sont également très appréciable..

We wanted to find a place for a week in a "real" french neighborhood, but close enough to services like trains/trams/buses and things to see and do. This apartment was great. We only speak really bad high school french, but really had no issues in town, even though we didn't meet people who spoke english. It was a wonderful adventure.

Alles vorhanden, nichts fehlt. Ruhig mit guter ÖPV- Anbindung. Mein Tip: Mit dem Fahrrad nach Straßburg reinfahren.

Nette Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Villenviertels am Rande von Strasbourg. Gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Autobahn Colmar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Norma und Carrefour. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell im Zentrum entlang von Radwegen. Die Vermieter sind nett und geben gerne Radschläge.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce bel appartement qui a toutes les commodités. Très pratique en famille: le parking relais tout proche du gite.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hergerichtet und eingerichtet. Wohlfühlatmosphäre pur 👍🏻Wir fanden es toll dort und die öffentliche Anbindung ist trotz Baustelle sehr gut!!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit zentraler Lage. Mit der Tram kommt man sehr günstig in die Stadt und kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen. Die Vermieterin sowie auch Ihre Eltern waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Dankeschön

Très bel appartement joliment décoré. Rien a redire au sujet de la propreté des lieux. Idéalement situé proche commerce et tram. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Sylviane,nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

A cosy and relaxing home from home, in the lovely Strasbourg suburb of Eckbolsheim. Easy walking distance to the centre of Eckbolsheim (with a supermarket, brasseries, post office, etc. and lots of classic Alsacian architecture) and the canal. It felt very close to the edge of the city, but also easy to get into the centre of Strasbourg thanks to the nearby tram (5 mins walk) at Poteries - fast, frequent, reliable and well-priced. Poteries is a very modern area adjacent to Eckbolsheim, and didn’t have the same town/village character of the suburb. The apartment itself was lovely, taking up the top floor of a 3-floor house. It felt very homely and welcoming (especially with the toys our daughter could play with) - ideal for a couple or a family with one or two children - and everything felt clean. The host was friendly and welcoming, and gave us some great local recommendations to try with our daughter (like the amazing local indoor/outdoor swimming pool in Lingolsheim). Her parents live in the apartment below, and were very friendly too - even bringing us some mirabelle (in season during our stay) and other fruit! Strasbourg has a beautiful city centre. Once you are there, it is easy to walk around, with beautiful buildings, especially along the canal/river fronts of Petite-France. We also took a tram ride out to the European Parliament. Near there, I would also recommend the Parc de l’Orangerie, a lovely park for a picnic, with a great children’s playground and a free little zoo. Strasbourg is also very bike friendly, with many dedicated cycle lanes. Strasbourg is also surrounded by beautiful mountainous countryside - with the Vosges Mountains to the west and the Black Forest across the border in Germany. The lower slopes of both are covered in vineyards. If we visit Strasbourg again (and I hope we will), we will definitely stay here again.

We found a really nice flat in a small pretty village (become a suburb) with nice restaurants, and well served by buses and a tram into Strasbourg. Which itself is such a pretty town - especially the bridges and La Petite France. Lots of tourists, of course, but we found the infrastructure can handle them. We particularly enjoyed the boat trip around the river L'Ill, climbing up the cathedral tower and walking over the Rhine to Germany! The people generally are friendly, and Sylviane and her parents (who live downstairs) are very helpful and generous hosts, with quick response to any queries, good recommendations, lots of information and - every now and then - delicious fruit from their garden. The only things to be aware of are 2 flights of stairs to the flat, so you need some fitness, and the bicycles on the pavements outside!
