House was amazing and in the perfect location for the parks.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house, and would definitely reccommend! It was So nice to have a private pool on site to swim in whenever we wanted-the pool heat was definitely worth it for an early April stay. The house had plenty of space for all of us with a well equipt kitchen. The resort pool with the splashpad and waterslides was also perfect for young kids! Also importantly, was that any questions I had for the host during our stay were answered very promptly and professionally! You can tell when an owner takes care of their investments and it's much appreciated!

First off- thank you to the owner and the management team for being so helpful, efficient and responsive to all my questions throughout our stay. The house was clean- the pool was clean- no issues with any appliance- comfortable beds- great amount of space for the kids and adults. This being our first VRBO stay the process was explained when I asked and concerns were addressed right away. We plan to rent again from this owner and highly recommend you do the same. The location was perfect! Far enough from the hustle and bustle but also only a 20mins drive to the parks- and other local attractions like “sunset walk”( in the evening: it was a nice experience ). We actually enjoyed it so much we started to plan our next vacation before we even left. Thank you Mr. Jaffar and to your management team.

The owner was awesome to deal with! He refunded me a night when I booked one too many days, allowed us early check-in and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. The house is big, clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The amenities were great! The area is a little busy but very close to Disney and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

There were multiple items in the home that were broke or very worn. Holes in walls and furniture. When we told the owner he was shocked that the property manager would allow it. The owner seemed to care and was planning to take care of issues. When the washer broke we were without for 2 days until a new one came in which was an inconvenience but we made it work. Overall nice layout and location with lots of potential.

Nice gated community close to all ammenities. Pool was not clean and pool deck was not maintained but when the oroperty owner became aware it was dealt with. Rooms were spacious.

It was wonderful and so much to do at resort and the people so kind. I forgot my wallet after checkout and the owner helped me get it before I flew out of state. Very nice place and very nice people!

We had a group of five adults in town for a show at the Orange County Convention Center, and this was an ideal set-up. Each of us had our own bedroom, full bathroom and privacy. Two of the bedrooms do have twin beds, but having a private bed and bath was more important to us. The home is lovely, quiet and private with very high ceilings so it feels super spacious. The kitchen and linens are well-stocked, and the washer/dryer in the garage was extra helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely, and we were a short walk from the rec center if we'd had time to use it. There's a Starbucks and a Walmart just up the road for necessities, and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The traffic getting from the villa to Orlando and back was definitely a factor, but not remotely as bad as we expected. Last but not least, the owner is pleasant, respectful and helpful, and has responded to every outreach within seconds, so even the couple of things we forgot to confirm ahead of time got resolved within a couple of minutes. All in, a great choice for us. Highly recommend!!!

My running family and I stayed here during the Walt Disney World marathon weekend. The location was very close to Disney. There was more than enough room in this home for my friends and I to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need to prepare meals. The pool was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a very nice neighborhood, but needs a lot of updates and better furniture. I emailed the owner and suggested that he find himself a new management company and a cleaning service because the house had mold in it. The vents were extremely dirty and had mold so anyone with asthma and allergy should not stay there because that is not healthy. I paid extra for a week for heat for the pool and a grill but could not use the pool until the day before we left because it was not cleaned when we arrived. After my complaint to the owner and him knowing we were not going to be there because we were at a theme park, the management company came in there while we were not there and did not like that at all because a lot of personal items were setting out but I guess it did not make a difference what we thought. Sorry but won’t be going back there or recommend this vacation rental.

A perfect villa for the whole family close to many Disney attractions. We stayed in this villa with 6 adults and 3 small kids and loved the heated pool.

Easy check in, great home, easy communication. Would stay again.

My family ranged in age from 9 months to 80 years and this house fit us all perfectly. The kids enjoyed swimming at the house pool and the community pool, and after trying all 3 playgrounds they decided the castle playground was the best. The location is amazing with quick access to restaurants, shopping, and Disney. There are some minor (cosmetic) repairs that need to be done but nothing that would keep us from staying here again.

Property was exactly as pictured. Easy ck in ck out.. if you want to use community pool/ splash pad have to ck in at desk at pool… fun pool party with DJ on Saturday family friendly and not too crowded. Only complaint is get some $200 mattress toppers for adult beds… twin beds more comfortable than adults.. and light in pool didn’t work no evening swims after the Disney parks

The house was clean and close to the Disney parks. Some of the amenities are in need of a refresh/upgrade, but overall our group of 6 was satisfied with the accommodations and felt we got our money's worth.

We met in Orlando with my husbands 3 brothers (& 2 sisters-in-law) to have a Celebration of Life for the men's mother, who passed away during COVID. The family loved the house & its amenities, the pool, the barbecue grill and the resort community. We also enjoyed the Universal parks and the Sleuth Dinner Theater. The host was quick to respond to questions or questions.

My family and I rented the house for a family Disney vacation. We had an amazing time! House was very close to disney parks and universal studio. The community amenities available to us took our vacation to the next level. Would absolutely stay here again! Very relaxing and owner was very quick to respond to all questions we had. 10 out of 10

The house has so much to offer and the space was great for our stay. Games in the garage, full kitchen, extra linens. Very accommodating. Would have been nice to have the pool heated but it was broken. Didn’t use this pool because of that but the community pool was great. Confirm when booking that the pool heater has been fixed.

Nice size home for the week for our family of seven. Comfortable. Has strollers and car seats for your use if needed. Pool in community is pretty cool. Backyard pool is nice, too, but would definitely suggest you pay the extra for the heat for the pool. We didn’t and regretted that. So nice to come home to after an exhausting day at one of the nearby Disney parks or Universal.

The house was beautiful. The property managers were helpful at first. After the third issue they stopped answering the phone. Thankfully the owner was very helpful and willing to explain everything. This was my first time vacationing in a rental home and I will definitely do this again.

Had to be moved to a different house. The process was handled before we arrived. The stay was fantastic. Don't change a thing and don't listen to anyone that give a bad review on the property at 1050 Solana Circle, Davenport fl

We had a great stay here! Clean, nice community and super close to Disney. The host and management were friendly, helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our time here and strongly recommend.

We found this property to be old and needs to be updated the sliding door locks needs to be better they had stick's in to help I guess to secure the locks also the front door lock is not great either the the microwave we found had a crack in the handle but it was on when we got there but by having a crack as we pulled it open and shut the handle finally came off the lady told me that they already had a report on it instead of fixing it right from the beginning for the next guest they patched it the plumbing is not great the water system is not great we found where a lot of lighting was out the garage supposed to be a guest game room that we thought it was a game room for kids or whatever was cluttered it's like a junkie garage my husband set up in the day room with his peace you know what I mean every night we were there that's were he sleep in the day room to make sure that his family felt safe for them to sleep cuz we didn't feel comfortable there's no blinds to the sliding back sliding glass doors it's just an open view that anything anybody anywhere never know could walk in the sun so bright if someone wanted to watch TV the glare from the sun you couldn't see the TV we'ree not used to living like that it's the worst money that I've ever spent and I really feel I need my money back cuz this was our worst days staying in a house in Windsor Hill and it is a great Resort and we've always had good homes but this was the worst the owner should be ashamed and refund people their money back whoever been in there before me or after me cuz it's awful it's not secure not don't feel safe we left before our time was up good luck to the next renter

We all enjoyed staying here, it was close to Disney and shopping! Home very clean and plenty of blankets, towels and beach towels!
