The B&B was clean and welcoming. Rooms were generous. Little extras were a nice touch such as bottled water, biscuits and treats for the kids. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked well. Hosts were lovely. Would definitely return in future.

The location was quite far out from the town centre which we knew before booking so we’re prepared for the long walk. The good thing about being further out was nice and quiet location.

We have stayed in alot of hotels lodges caravans etc but this BnB is up there at the top of the list the staff was outstanding so kind and attentive to are needs. Are room was so nice and cosy the bed was amazing one of the best beds I've slept on the breakfast was beautiful will be upset tomorrow not having one now lol. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

The breakfast was brilliant quality and portion size was more than enough. The room we stayed in was more than enough for 3 people to stay in. (2 adults and a baby)

Unfortunately parking next to the hotel is very difficult to get. No fault of the hotel. It’s off street parking first come first serve. Plenty of free parking a short walking distance away from the hotel.

Sue and Martin are excellent hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. It has a lovely family feel. Breakfast was great! Lovely warm shower

Everything was amazing! Very clean, food lovely, great location within walking distance from the piers/shops, room was spacious and recently renovated and the staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble. Came with my mum and 18month old daughter and they were so accommodating. Would 100% visit again and can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was big and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices and delicious. They were all so friendly and really accommodating with my 3 year old; she had her own breakfast place with kids bowl and cutlery and a little treat on arrival. The location was handy and only a short walk to the tram stop. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Blackpool.

immaculately clean n comfortable room plus breakfast was great

When arriving the welcome was excellent, the lady had my room keys ready and even showed me to my room. I had to leave my order for breakfast for the Sunday morning and even though breakfast started at 9 just like my shift at work the lady said o well we will come in early to get your breakfast done for 8am. Brilliant place to stay very clean rooms and I will definitely be staying again.

There was nothing at all wrong with this B & B. I'm glad I've found this place so I now have somewhere to book that I know is excellent.
