This property exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was ideal for my family of seven (six adults and one 16 yrs old). The three full bathrooms were a plus to have as well as the TVs with cable in all the rooms. The view of the beach from the patio was awesome and the access to the beach was just a few step away. I am already thinking renting it for the next summer trip. Thanks again Dirk for the privilege to rent this place.

We loved out stay here. I found the property unique with the park entrance right next door. But access to the beach, parking, and the amenities of the properties were all fantastic! We would stay again.

Everything seemed meticulously kept and the home was warm and welcoming. The owner replied if I had question right away and was very polite and friendly. Being so close to the dunes was great!

Wonderful place to stay! We loved the condo and the location. Right on the sand, great sunsets, and serene beauty. Very clean, well stocked with all the necessities, close to town, and close to downtown Pismo. We loved it so much we booked for the summer 2022!

Wonderful place to stay! We loved the condo and the location. Right on the sand, great sunsets, and serene beauty. Very clean, well stocked with all the necessities, close to town, and close to downtown Pismo. We loved it so much we booked for the summer 2022!

Disappointed in the condition of property. Outdoor area dirty and there was an exposed outlet that shocked our dog. Screens and wind block super dirty. Most condiments in cupboard were outdated, some by 14 years!!! TV system did not work for us - too confusing with several remotes. For the price we paid, we expected more.

Walking into this beautiful beach front made me feel like was stepping into a talavera art gallery. Everything was so tastefully placed and decorated we did not want to leave the house. We loved how the kitchen cabinets had fun and funny pictures placed inside the doors. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and even the sticks you use to make smores. Bathrooms were a very good size with plenty of towels and hand soap. this location is actually in front of Oceano Dunes and that made it even more fun. There is enough room for 8 adults very comfortably and plenty of extra blankets in the cabinets. The rooms had plenty of room and the master bedroom had a balcony to oversee the ocean. Great spot to just relax and enjoy. We are making plans in coming back soon.

We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances that my sister-in-law took advantage of! The refrigerator is huge and the ice maker never ran out of ice. We took advantage of the fire pit and roasted marshmallows one night. But for me, just having instant access to the beach was the very best. Our only hick-up happened as we were trying to leave on Monday morning. Another renter/tenant of the 5 unit complex broke the automatic gate the night before and we couldn't exit the parking garage. Fortunately for us another renter was able to get the gate opened. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental to anyone wanting a true beach vacation.

great view of the ocean and all the sounds !

We had a great time relaxing on our vacation, we were literally steps from the beach and the place was nicely decorated. Pros: The property manager, Peri Kost was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, personable, considerate and responsive. The view was amazing. Cons: Wifi was disconnected. This was tough because none of the TVs in the townhouse work unless there is Wifi. If after a long day you want to cook a good meal and watch a movie, you wouldn't have been able to without using our own hotspot. House rules are written in a tone that doesn't at all reflect the experience we had (they actually scared me at first). I would recommend getting them BEFORE committing to and paying for the rental. Have a conversation about what's possible with the property manager, and you will feel a lot more comfortable renting. All in all, we had a wonderful time and were so glad we stayed. Kim.

Great location! Beds very comfortable! Awesome kitchen! Only complaint is needs better dusting ( wine glasses were very dusty). Also beware the hot water comes on right away and is very hot!! Overall41/2 *
