Our 11 day stay on the Big Island was fabulous!
Ms Helen was so gracious to provide us with fresh fruit and avocados from her farm and a new rice cooker when I could not find one in the kitchen. Amazing !
The condo was clean, quiet, roomy and had everything we needed! Beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, paper plates, coolers and more!
The location is close to downtown Kona and to a grocery store and restaurants.
The A/C in the bedrooms is helpful on muggy nights! The porch has a gorgeous view and relaxing environment to watch sunsets.
The pool and hot tub were refreshing after long days exploring!

Gorgeous property with a view! Quiet complex. Very well appointed, with everything you'll need for your stay. Helen was an amazing host! Met us at the condo and showed us around, gave us a few recommendations for activities and restaurants etc, and also checked in during our stay to make sure all was well.

From the condo to the property grounds, this condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything is very clean and very well taken care of. The condo owner made sure we had clear directions to the condo, entry directions and even had her amazing coffee, fruit and avocados for us. She checked in with us to make sure everything was OK and was very easy to contact. We all enjoyed our stay here and very highly recommended it.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. This condo is spotless with beautiful view, spacious 2 bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen. The owner is super friendly, and gave us lots of great recommendations in the area. Highly recommend this place for family vacation! Can't wait to go back :) And thanks Helen for everything!

Helen was truly an amazing host. She met us at the condo when we checked in to make sure everything was fine and we had no questions. She made 2 beautiful bouquets of flowers from her garden to grace the condo. Her large bowl of fresh fruit was greatly appreciated and delicious. She provided coffee grown on her trees that she harvested and roasted along with the descriptions. It’s the best coffee we ever tasted. Throughout our stay she answered questions, made some suggestions and offered to bring even more bounty from her garden. The condo itself was large and spacious and quiet. It overlooks the pool, a golf course and the ocean. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering renting on the Big Island. It is our favorite condo we have ever stayed in anywhere. The personal attention and her attention to detail made it most memorable.

This unit is exactly as pictured. Spacious and well-equipped. Lanai affords lovely ocean and sunset views. Super close to everything you might need for a lovely Hawaiian vacay. Hostess Helen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch. Highly recommend.

You will not be disappointed. Location is centrally located for everything we had planned, snorkeling, coffee tours, national parks and so much history. The sunsets are beautiful from anywhere in the home. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and quiet to relax. Helen is lovely and brought us yummy avocados and coffee and made sure we were taken care of. Such an enjoyable time.

I had the most amazing experience during my recent stay at this condo that exceeded all expectations. The location was perfectly situated, offering both a serene escape from the city and easy access to nearby attractions. The condo itself was incredibly spacious, providing a luxurious and comfortable environment. However, the real highlight was the expansive lanai that offered stunning views of the surroundings, making it the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty.
What truly made this stay exceptional was the host's hospitality. She was the sweetest lady I've ever encountered, welcoming us with warmth and genuine kindness. Not only did she prepare a personalized fruit basket, showcasing her thoughtful touch, but she also allowed us to check in early, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Her attentive and caring nature added a personal touch that made the experience truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a perfect blend of a great location, spacious accommodations, and a host who treats you like family, this vacation rental is an absolute must-visit.

The condo was the absolutely best!! Beautiful, great view of the ocean from the balcony, close to shopping and exciting activities. The host, Helen, is a Godsend! She is the nicest and most resourceful of all! If we come back to the island we will definitely stay here.

Helen was an excellent and gracious host. The fresh papaya, sugarloaf, and coffee was a nice friendly touch. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Going to the Big Island we had some must haves on the list. We needed a hot tub and pool, AC, and easy access for my elderly father. This condo offered all that and more! In all of our stays this was perhaps the best stocked condo that we stayed at. When we arrived the owner was there to greet us and show us all the remotes and go over any questions, we may have which was greatly appreciated. She also had beautiful pineapple and plenty of coffee which was such a nice touch.
A couple of things...the AC is not central air but portable units which worked well for us. The closest shopping mall is over a mile away on a busy road which in the heat is not an easy mile. This is also where the trolley stops. In case you have teenagers there is really nothing that they can walk to. The condo is also pretty strict on kids playing in the pool such as no Marco Polo or inflatables as many of the owners actually live on site. Just things to note.

When we arrived, the unit looked great - tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and decorated. We were met with flowers and fruit (best pineapple and avocado ever).
Helen, our host, was very helpful during the stay as well.

Was a good stay ! Host had kona coffee 4 us waited till we got there 2 show us everything available at the condo. Super nice people. We hope 2 return next year !

Lovely property, we just spent 3 weeks there. I could live on that huge lanai with the amazing view. One of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. Owners pay attention to detail. Enjoyed the Keahou area, grocery store and restaurants just down the street. Helen shared the bounty of her farm with us, best avocados, limes, lemons etc. what a treat! Be sure to go on snorkel adventures and definitely the night manta ray trip that leave right from Keahou Bay. We also enjoyed two local farmers markets, Wednesday down at the Outrigger was mostly handicrafts and Saturday by the Long’s drugs was mostly produce from local farms.

The condo was extremely well equipped and attractively decorated with lovely furnishings. The only drawback was the mandatory social distancing at the pool. The four of us had to keep our loungers six feet apart, which seemed silly since we were staying together in the condo.

Best Condo in the Complex with ALL the amenities.
Super clean and host/Helen was just the kindest person, giving us coffee and fresh fruit.
Views/sunsets were phenomenal and a short walk to Keauhou bay where we left from to snorkel and swim with Manta Ray.

Great condo for two couples each bedroom is large with king beds.
Kitchen fully supplied need nothing for eating and cleaning. The host was above and beyond expectations. She was very personable and accommodating. She quickly responded to question and gave thorough and complete answers. The complex is very quiet and low key. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. I fully recommend this property.

Island Paradise on the Big Island. This condo is true to the photos. What you don't see in the photos are birds chirping, nice light breeze and beautiful sunsets! Our host Helen is always just a phone call away. She supplied us with beverages, coffee beans, apple-bananas and white pineapples! What a treat every morning or a healthy snack anytime. We cooked out on our own grill. The views are amazing!!
We shared a rental car with family and used Uber. We walked to an open air market. Several beaches to pick from. Attended our daughter's wedding on the Pacific Ocean!

Convenient for everyday shopping, KTA Super a little north, ChoiceMart a little south, fast food and restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive to find everything we needed. The Property was very clean and very well maintained. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and having breakfast on the balcony with a view of the ocean was very relaxing.
