House was clean and spacious. Host was very informative and quick to respond with any questions we had. Was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Golf cart was very nice. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was well kept and a good place to stay as far as lots of room, cleanliness, stocked kitchen, etc. However, we were blamed for something that did not take place. The neighbor across the street was worse than big brother. He came out more than once almost every hour. My husband is a grown man and did not do anything wrong. It was horrific. At check out, the front office told us we were not responsible for the lost key and did not have to pay to replace it. The homeowners were not supposed to leave it with guests. I notified the homeowner, and then SHE blamed ME for not keeping her secret. She tried to guilt trip me that it was a ‘courtesy’ that they left the key. I was not aware of any of the rules between the homeowners and the offie, yet her message to me was rude and inappropriate. I would give it all 1 star except the condition od tie house was satisfactory.

This property was very clean and it was well stocked with kitchen supplies and equipment. Noraida was great to work with. We had a small issue upon attempting to check in, but one call and we were sent right through. We had no issues that might interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation. There was plenty of room for our 7 person family ages 3 through 70. We didn't want to leave!

This house turned out to be an excellent place for our family vacation. The house was VERY clean, and the host went above and beyond to have items for us to use. It was the most well furnished house we’ve ever used for our trips. It was so convenient to the swimming pool that we could walk there. The carport was a big draw for my husband, and he enjoyed relaxing there. We would not hesitate to recommend this house to anybody! It was a real gem and the owner/ manager was very helpful when I had any questions!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The home was clean and well kept, very welcoming. It was so nice not having to use elevators and just be able to load and unload our suitcases without any hassle. There is an outdoor shower which is great for rinsing off after a beach day. They provided a grill also which we enjoyed using. Oceanside Village is such a relaxing, peaceful family environment. We enjoyed riding the golf cart around as well as the easy beach access and kid friendly pool/ splash pad. It was the perfect refreshing getaway. 5/5 highly recommend!

The accommodations were very comfortable for the family. Use of the golf cart was fun & convenient. Loved the pool & splash area. Big hit with the kids. Easy access to the beach. Looking forward to returning next year. We had a blast. Thank u to the owner for her quick responses to my questions.
