The house was clean, cozy, and furnished with everything you need. The first afternoon we arrived, the girls found board games and we enjoyed playing those. It is located close to downtown and the beach is not too far of a drive. Check in/check out process was easy and Robert was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

House was clean, plenty of towels and bedding....fully stocked kitchen. Beds were a little soft for us, but they worked. It would be awesome if a couple of more televisions were added in bedrooms. We loved having the washer and dryer to use. The yard is beautifully maintained and plenty of places to sit. The futon couch was too hard for our 11 year old to sleep on, ended up pulling out sofa sleeper for her. She enjoyed the games to play!

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July ! Great location ! Literally a few minutes drive from downtown/historic St.Marys ! The house was perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Property far exceeded our expectations. Owner has updated since pictures posted on VRBO were taken. Obvious the owner takes pride and care of this property. Great location.

We came down to St Mary’s because our son is stationed at King’s Bay and was returning from underway. Check in was easy to this very spacious comfortable home. Robert is an awesome host and we will surely be renting this and other properties from him and Scott in the future. Very close to just about everything and we really enjoyed just walking around the neighborhood and town of St. Mary’s

It felt like home. It was quiet and convenient. Pastries, coffee and all the conveniences of home. I would like to stay here again.

St. Mary's is great small town, centrally located to several tourist areas that we wanted to visit, as well as having a its own history and attractions in town and nearby. Robert was very responsive to our questions. We did have one small incident which he handled flawlessly. His communication and actions for those couple days were greatly appreciated.

Comfortable beds, good appliances, tastefully understated decor. Very quiet neighborhood. We stayed a month and did not feel it was too small or lacking anything for such a longer stay. We’ve stayed in 3 other properties in St Mary’s over the years and this seemed to be the best value. And free fresh oranges from the 2 yard trees!

2nd stay here and it was just as good as the first. Close to St Marys downtown/waterfront and also to I-95 for day trips. This didn't impact us, but some folks might find this important...there is no outside grill or tv's in the bedrooms. Contact w/ the Owner is always spot on and we would stay there again. Thanks!!!

This was the perfect getaway home. It had everything we needed! It was in the most perfect area near Saint Mary’s and was comfortable and had so many fun unique touches. We will definitely be staying again!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. This is the only VRBO rental that we've ever returned to for a second visit and will be our go to when visiting this area again.

The house was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Great location and we enjoyed our walks every morning for coffee and visiting all the stores. The house was also spotless which is always my main concern. I will definitely be back. We had no issues. Thanks for the pastries waiting on us when we arrived.

Comfy and inviting home. Everything you need is available. Recommend better outdoor lighting and TVs in the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Quite neighborhood, location was ideal. My family took a vacation to St Mary’s to get a taste of the area as we plan to move down here, to the Folkston area.

Clean, all appropriate utensils, pots pans, grill, fire pit and wood, nice chairs outside, metal and wooden addirondeck chairs. Good water pressure, plenty hot, good bedding, pilows a bit hard, but thats a hard one being so individual. Wood stay again if need be. Good towels shower and kitchen ones. Reasonably close to downtown and boat ramps and crooked river SP boat ramps. Big fridge for food and drinks if you cook in for 3 or 4 days like we do. Very quiet area of the neighborhood.

Roomy - lots of privacy with separated bedrooms and baths. Very comfortable and well stocked. Owner very attentive. Needs grab bars in bathrooms for senior adults.

This was one of my favorite places I've stayed at! It was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe, and close to restaurants and stores. The owner was very kind and accommodating!

Little piece of paradise
Just amazing! Definitely felt like a home away from home. We didn't want to leave. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were incredibly friendly, blocks from town and ferry to Cumberland Island. Robert was such a pleasure. Thank you!!!

Wonderful in every way
Home was bigger than it appeared in photos. Yard was amazing as well as location. Had so many extras in the kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and space. Thank you for an enjoyable space to spend with family.

The jacuzzi and bath salts plus fire pit made it fit paradise!!!
Close to st Mary’s and plenty of state park adventures to do. Take the ferry to Cumberland or drive a short 45 min trip to the cute town and Fernandina beach. We enjoyed the adventures and s’mores with laughter by the fire!

Comfy and convenient
Our family of 5 enjoyed the thoughtful touches, comforts and locations of this house. I found it to be much nicer than the pictures! Super comfy king bed. The 2nd bed has a wave for a mattress but worked fine for the kids. The master bedroom closet is giant. Could easily fit 3 pack and plays in there!! And the third bedroom had games and toys that all my kids enjoyed.
