This property exceeded our expectations! It is perfectly located on a quiet side street to the main shopping street with only 1 minute walk to the beach and sea garden. Everything in Burgas is at a max. 10-minute walking distance from you. The apartment is in a charming, beautifully decorated and well equipped house. There is a parking space for the guests. The apartment is well furnished with everything you might need. Very comfortable bed and high quality linen and pillows. There are small details and amenities, which you would not normally expect from a b&b- slippers, bathroom kit etc. There is a good instruction manual (as the apartment is very modern and high tech) with a lot of recommendations about the town. The owner is a very friendly and helpful man. He greeted us and was there to answer all our questions and help us out. He also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations! To sum up, do yourselves a favour and stay at this apartment the next time you are in Burgas. It is the perfect combination of a nice family-run b&b with hotel quality and amenities.

Everything was perfect. Literalny I don't have a single reason to complain about. I don't think there could be better place to stay in Burgas 😍 The apartment is just wonderful. Spacious but cosy, modern and classy at the same time, well lightened, well equipped and what most important - VERY clean. I am already sure that I will come back to Burgas and I know where I want to stay 😁

A wonderful home that is very well appointed and the hosts went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Everything we needed for our stay was at hand, the apartment was warm and welcoming. A lovely place we will definitely be back.

The apartment is great, pictures do not lie: all of the amenities were there, location is great, every detail is taken care of by the wonderful hosts. Would gladly revisit them anytime. We even got help with the airport shuttle!

It.s silly, but we are toast for breakfast people, so maybe a toaster would be a great addition. We loved the sandwich-maker though!

Wi-Fi connection is perfect! Location is perfect as well as Dimitar and Jasmina are perfect. For example, Dimitar helped me to print the boarding passes. I think that it has been very good decision to choose this apartment.

Everything! Perfect location, 2 minutes walk from everywhere - beach, main street with caffeys, shops and restaurants, the Sea garden, the port, paid parking. Very cosy, spacious apartment, with designers touch. Small, private backyard with sitting area for the hot summer nights. The owners though of every single detail, so nothing was missing. You just enter and enjoy! ☺️

Top location, in city center and also very close to the beach. Modern design, cozy apartment with privet garden on the ground floor. Perfect for family vacation or romantic getaway! P.s. the shelf check in/out was very convenient.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Localization is perfect. Air conditioning and Netflix helped to survive through the hottest hours of the day.

Parking is awful. But the whole city of Burgas is like that.

Contemporary! Stylish! Equipment and facilities are new and functional! Perfectly clean and fine bed linen! Amazing location - a breath away from the Sea Garden and main historic pedestrian area! Excellent guidance from the hosts who were always available! We loved the place and would return!
