My family loved our weeklong trip. The house is in a perfect location right by the showers coming off the beach. It was nearby lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and bakery’s. The house was very clean and updated. My favorite part was sitting on the deck or inside in the living room and looking out right onto the ocean. I would definitely recommend!

Close to beach, boardwalk and Acme grocery. Steps from beautiful Ortley Beach. We had everything we needed. Might want to bring games for a rainy day and foil.

House was large enough that 7 people were comfortable and still spacious! Located right at beach with assessable handicap ramps and lifeguard building right there! Great view from deck

Rosemary is great to work with and responds promptly to any need! Beach is close by! Both times we were there we did have trouble with access directly across the street from the house because of beach washout/rebuilding but it was a quick walk or drive just down the street to an open beach! Beautiful views right off the porch to see the ocean and sunset! Property is very clean and well maintained! Great for families.

This place is a gem! Clean, comfortable and stocked with what you need to cook. And very convenient with just a few steps away to the beach. Rosemary was easy to get a hold of. We will be booking again!

We had an amazing week staying at this lovely condo. Everything was as advertised and this is the perfect turnkey home base for a great beach vacation. Three good sized bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen, good AC, steps from the beach and a great view. Having three parking spots is a plus if you have guests and location is walkable to both Lavalette and Seaside boardwalks, though the place itself is situated in a quiet part of Ortley. The proprietor (Rosemary) is extremely responsive - only good things to say about the full experience.

The house was amazing. Very clean! Everything we needed was there. Rosemary was easily accessible and very helpful. Check-in/check-out was simple. Can’t say enough. Hope to be a repeat client!!!!

The view can't be beat. There are quite a few stairs so if you have difficulty walking on stairs that can be an issue. I got good needed exercise. The location was awesome. The host was responsive. I do recommend this place. Remember to bring your own linnens.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are 7 and 10 and shared the bunk room my husband and I had a room and Grandma had a room to herself as well. Everyone was comfortable. The only tiny complaint I had about the place was that there is nothing to darken the windows in the morning so I was up at 5:30 am with the sun. I would recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are used to a darker room. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The outdoor shower was so awesome for cleaning up our kids after the beach. The terrace was wonderful for hanging out. The beach was not crowded and was just across the street. We also had a very nice time visiting both the Casino Pier/Breakwater beach waterpark (5 min drive) and the pier and aquarium up in Pt. Pleasant (20 min drive). We enjoyed several wonderful meals at nearby restaurants and got takeout a couple times as well. Definitely 5 stars, we really enjoyed our week!

We definitely enjoyed the ocean view from the nice windows and deck. Even though it rained most of the Memorial Day weekend the accommodations were nice to stay in. Plenty of room for all to enjoy.

The property is exactly as described and won’t disappoint.

We had a great time and I would give the location more stars if I could. Loved the Ocean view and listening to the waves from the home. Seaside boardwalk was walking distance. House was clean and well kept. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay for the family with the beach conveniently across the street — Rosemary was thoughtful to provide plenty of beach passes! We received many compliments from relatives on our selection of the location and apartment ahead of Labor Day.

I had stayed here 2 weeks previously with my daughter’s family so I packed lighter this time. Rosemary has all the basics covered (hand soaps, garbage bags, dishwashing detergents, etc). It is the perfect location, comfortable beds!, and 2 full baths. Will be back!

We were extremely lucky to find this house. It was right across from the beach with unobstructed views. All the basic necessities were provided. Grocery stores and a local farm store were very close by. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely go again next summer.

Rosemary is very nice and gets back to me promptly. The view is beautiful looking out at the water was so calming and my grandchildren loved playing in the water and beach. This home is very clean and organized. Will definitely rent again

We can’t wait to book it again! We decided to go to the beach last minute and lucked out! Clean, great view and parking,, can walk or bike everywhere. Owner was responsive and wonderful to work with. This will be a regular go to vacation spot for our family

A stunning and unobstructed view of the ocean! The unit is fairly new and spotlessly clean. The owner is very responsive and helpful. If we’re ever in this area again, we will try and secure this same unit.

House was clean, neat, all kitchen amenities, across street from beach, close to restaurants, boardwalk carnival, water park, minigolf and food store. Would recommend this to all my friends and family, will be staying here again and again. Five stars plus one.

Great view, clean and all appointments are new and in excellent condition. Close walk to boardwalk and lots of shops, but far enough away you can escape the noise and enjoy the peace of the ocean.
