We enjoyed our family vacation here with our children and grandchildren. It is spacious and has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked for family dinners. Thank you very much!

The home was just perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and each of us had our own room. The family room was spacious with an open floor plan. Kitchen was well stocked and had a keurig. Large sized hot tub. Within walking distance to the Village and across the street from the SHARC. Highly recommend this property and will likely rebook for a future trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable for our entire family. The location is fantastic and the supplies are well stocked. We’ve all already said that it would be fun to rent the same house in the summer. Thank you for allowing us to use your property for our first family Christmas in five years.

Close to downtown sunriver. Kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Had everything we needed and enough beds for everyone. We had issues with the internet/tv but that’s not why we were there. Someone was sent out to fix it shortly after contacting the owner. Great stay!

We had an amazing time here. The fireplace key wasn't in the basket on the counter where they said it was and we never did find it but other than that we had an amazing time.

This was a GREAT house for our stay- great space to accommodate everyone and the hot tub was amazing! We will be back!

This house has everything you need away from home and more. Very comfortable and spacious. Teenagers were entertained day in and out with pin pong table, fuzz ball, board games, riding bikes and much more. As adults we enjoyed walks hiking and then come back to the house to relax in the hot tub and sauna room. Very nice house overall. Thank you!

We had a couple a hiccups along the way but the property management company was responsive. Lock wasn’t programmed for us at the check in time so we texted the customer service number. They had to unlock remotely which was fine. Hot tub was green when we got there so the tech came out and drained it and it had to heat overnight. We got a credit for that. I would suggest a new filter for the hot tub since after 5 days of pretty minimal use the water was very cloudy again. Tech again came out to replace chemicals. The only other snag was the smart tv is not working for streaming (Netflix, Disney+, prime, Hulu etc). We ended up using an hdmi cable to stream from our computer. Again, tech came out and confirmed it was, in fact, the tv itself. The management company was responsive to each of the problems but it was time consuming. With a new hot tub filter and tv in main room, these issues can be resolved for future guests. Positives- great location. House layout was good because kids had their own area, back patio nice, nice bikes to use, ping pong, foosball etc. Two propane tanks were full, plenty of kitchen utensils, plenty of towels. Overall solid stay in a great neighborhood.

Great spot for our large family gathering. The living room is roomy with lots of comfortable seating, it looks out onto the front deck and hot tub. The kitchen and dining room is well equipped and easy to cook for and serve a large group. One of the bathrooms is oddly placed being in an open area right off the kitchen and deck. Not private. Upstairs is chilly, especially the bathroom, no heat in there. That toilet seat was like sitting on ice at 3am! The three sided fireplace was a joy to have going in the living/dining/kitchen. We came to ski and watch the super bowl and we were very happy with the large flat screen. Great stay!

We stayed here with our entire family. It had something for everyone from grandparents down to our 3 year old. There was plenty of space for kids and parents to have their own fun. We had a great time.

This was a great house! We stayed here 7/18/15 - 7/22/15 for a mini family reunion and brought my elderly dad, so the handicap accessibility of the house was great for him. The layout was great for a group, nice open living room and kitchen, lots of good seating, nice couches, etc. And the private deck and hot tub area in the front of the house was really neat, it was great for us all to sit outside and relax after dinner. In the mornings, the deck on the back was really nice for sitting out with coffee and enjoying the deer, etc. The only downside was that the upstairs portion of the house (which consisted of two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small sitting area) did not have AC and it got VERY hot up there during the day. This wasn't a huge problem because our guests who stayed in those rooms were only there for two days, and we just kept it as cool as we could with the provided fans, and keeping shades down during the day, etc. For the rest of our party who stayed the full week, we were all in the main three bedrooms on the main floor of the house which stayed very nice and cool. And as always, Bennington was wonderful and accommodating. We were concerned one day when there seemed to be massive construction going on on the house behind ours; it was super loud with jackhammers, etc. I called Bennington and they got to work looking for another house to move us to... they weren't finding anything available (which didn't surprise me in the middle of summer), but they were so nice and made all the effort to try and accommodate us. Fortunately the construction didn't go on all week, it was just that day, so it wasn't terrible... we were able to enjoy the deck in peace for the remainder of our trip. Overall I would recommend this house, particularly for larger groups. The location is great too, easy walk and bike ride to the village, and the bikes that Bennington provides are great.

We have used Bennington properties all 3 years and this was our 2nd year in Puma 9. Bennington properties has been exceptional to work with and couldn't make it any easier. Puma 9 is in great shape and has plenty of room for large families to spread out. We will definitely be using Bennington properties again, and as long as the family doesn't grow in the next year we will be staying at Puma 9 as well.

The living area is spacious and comfortable. Beds are good and have plenty of linens. The hall bath (shared by two bedrooms) has both a hall door and also a sliding door into one bedroom which we found odd. The 4th bath is off the kitchen area and I guess it is supposed to be for non-resident guests using the hot tub-patio area. The master bedroom has a privacy panel between the bedroom and bath area which made for somewhat difficult wheelchair navigation although not impossible. Otherwise the house is very wheelchair friendly.

This year we especially appreciated the on-site recycling bins. Not having to find homes for our empty wine bottles on the way out of town was a real bonus.
