Our family enjoyed this condo very much- nice location, great view of the Pacific, nicely styled and comfortable. We appreciated the use of beach chairs and beach towels. Nice kitchen with excellent dishes, cutlery and cooking items

My family (my husband and I; 3 kids: 15, 13 and 10) and I fell in love with this place! Spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, comfy, has everything you need to feel like your home. Plenty of towels, beach towels, sheets, the kitchen had all that we needed. Bonus was having shampoo, conditioner and body wash already here in both bathrooms and laundry pods and dryer sheets when we did laundry! There are extra fans and having the windows and sliding doors open gave wonderful breezes which made it so nice (no a/c). We all slept well! No complaints. Lots of pillows and extra sheets and blankets if needed. We had a lot of our meals here. We cooked and did takeout. The pool was amazing to end our beach days and nice when we went in the evenings! There are snorkeling gear for all of us which we used, bodyboards too and other beach gear i.e. chairs, umbrella, insulated bag (so nice to use when we picnicked at the beach). Proximity was just a two minute walk to Poipu. My husband and I had coffee every morning on the lanai/balcony looking out to the beach. We can spot the sea turtles from where we were sitting and I loved bird watching. Kathy, the owner, was very communicative - she answered our questions promptly even during our stay. Booking, checking in and out was easy. We plan to come back very soon and stay here! We were able to relax, watch movies, have meals together and also have our space too. We love Kauai and we love this place too!

We had a great time staying here! It’s the perfect location to walk down to the body boarding beach. You can also walk to the snorkeling beach which we did many times, but we also drove down there too. There is parking. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6. It had everything we needed! There are tons of dishes, pots and pans. We had plenty of beach towels and shower towels. We had perfect weather and the cross breeze was excellent! There isn’t air conditioning but honestly we never needed it. When you first arrive it’s stuffy but you open all the windows and doors and the condo has an amazing breeze. The view is spectacular and location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO was the perfect location! Everything we wanted to see was within a short distance of it! Clean, beautifully decorated and its amenities were above and beyond fantastic! Being on the third floor, you could see and hear the ocean from our lanai! We will definitely come back here!

This condo in Poipu is even better than listed! The home is immaculate, stocked with all conveniences you could want while in Kauai. The ocean front lanai and living room is breathtaking and breezy. Not pictured and a pleasant surprise was the den which made a perfect third bedroom making this home so spacious. There were beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach towels... all the beach going amenities you'd need right in the unit to use. The pool is also ocean front and incredibly deep, which is a rare find and was wonderful to use! Thank you for letting us use your home Kathy, we had a wonderful time in Kauai!

Highly recommend staying at this property. It was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was great. I feel this unit was in a prime location compared to the other units. I could hear the waves at night and we enjoyed relaxing and reading on the large balcony. The kitchen was fully-stocked and seeing coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, and tennis racquets in the condo was such a nice surprise! We felt so sad leaving and I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Kauai.

The views from the balcony are amazing, we loved watching the sunset. The condo is very spacious, clean, and we loved the décor. It is also close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was perfect. Saw whales everyday right from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Top floor unobstructed views. Street parking right at the steps of unit - never had to walk. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a great place for a family to stay at in Poipu. The condo is spacious, well furnished and has a good view of the ocean. Awesome location within a few blocks of beaches and restaurants. Having to park on the street is the only negative.

The property was excellent, very well stocked and equipped, we wanted for nothing. The view of the ocean from the lanai was pretty, the living room very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the bed in the second bedroom was pretty soft, we're used to something a bit harder. The condo is a short walk to a great beach with monk seals and turtles and the pool on-site is nice as well. We'd have loved to be able to stay longer.

What a wonderful property. This was a perfect family vacation. The rental process was seamless. The property had so many amenities. It just made our vacation even more special. If you have someone with you that has a hard time with stairs this is not the property for you. The view was beautiful we had our morning coffee each morning on the patio. We can’t not wait to book our next trip to Kauai. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property with great views. Every convienence you can imagine, from floaties to beach chairs and boogie boards. This condo has no AC, but gets good airflow in the main room and back bedroom. Being that it is on the third floor, the front bedroom was quite warm, and hard to sleep. Would definetly rent it again due to the locaion and the views.

Our stay was amazing! The condo is perfectly located. Wonderful views of the ocean and surf, short walk to beach, and close to the pool. This is the best equipped condo I have every stayed in! The breezes were wonderful! Everyone in our group was extremely happy with our condo! The owner was great to work with!

We have been on this island several times and this location and unit was outstanding. If the view of the ocean is one of the features that you are looking for, you can't beat the spectacular view that this unit has. A very short, walking distance to the public beach if you have children that wants to enjoy sand and water. This unit stock everything that you could possible need. The owner is more than helpful, easy to communicate with.

Myself, wife, 2 teenage kids and mother-in-law recently stayed for two weeks at this condo. Everything was exactly as described, the lanai had an ocean view and the sunsets were stunning. Only a short walk to Brennecke's Beach and a lot of sea turtles in the surf along the way. The entire stay was absolutely amazing. We shopped at the Old Town Koloa Market for groceries, and went to two Farmers Markets for fresh fruits and vegetables. The Kauai ATV tour was a blast and I was able to get my kids a little muddy during the excursion. Kathy communicated very well and was a pleasure to deal with. When we visit again in the future unit #422 will definitely be #1 on our list!

What a fantastic unit #422 is, the day we arrived was torrential rain (~4"), we couldnt see the first lot of units and parked up the hill, walked our way down till we found 422, soaked but glad we had found it. The unit is everything as described with lots of space, great views out both the ocean side and back. The unit is well stocked for cooking which we did on a few nights. The BBQ area is an easy walk, to get food back to the unit still simmering. The complex is neat and tidy we didnt use the pool, as Poipu beach is such a short walk away. Location is first rate, morning walks its either to the right to PoiPu beach park, or to the left to Shipwreck beach, both a great way to start the day. We travelled as two couples and we felt like we had plenty of our own space when we needed it, but lots of great areas to get together as well. Highly recommended, accurately described and without doubt one the best locations on the Island. Its our second trip to Kauai and wont be our last and hopefully back to this wonderful unit, Many thanks.

This condo is fantastic. Our family of four (kids 6 & 9) enjoyed an incredible 10 nights at this incredible place. The view from the lanai morning, evening, or just middle of the day is spectacular. The house is outfitted with everything you could need. Being on the 3rd floor is great for the trade winds - ceiling fans keep all rooms cool with doors open. We visited the pool almost everyday of the trip and its a quick easy walk. The location of this unit sets it a part from others on the property. I will absolutely stay at this place again and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking!
