Enjoyed the backyard the most! Perfect for children and adults! Lots of room in the well used house. I thought we were walking distance to Disneyland but we needed to drive. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Close to the park and the kids loved the pool!

Our family had a great time at this home! This the first time we were all together in two years. It was a great space to share and close to everything we needed.

The property was in a great neighborhood and felt safe there. The location to places we visited was good. The house inside could use updating. The washer and dryer could be replaced (at least the washer, the button for the load size was missing).

This beautiful place housed three generations of our family perfectly! We all loved the Disney-themed rooms, the large tables in the kitchen area, the game room, and especially the pool and hot tub! Also, management was quick to answer any question we had. A+

I was originally hesitant to book due to the rules in the description, but I read the reviews and most were great so thought, I would take a chance and so glad I did! Some helpful info: Please note after you book through vrbo you will have to complete a separate agreement with the property manager. I was a bit annoyed originally but appreciated the call from the property manager as I missed an email from them. I think the property managers name was Dawn, her tone and professionalism helped me understand the rules. There are city rules and house rules. All was worth it, I’d complete the paper work again no problem. The house was amazing. - self check in was easy - house was clean - house is big, spacious, plenty of room for our large family 5 adults, 6 kids and still could of had another two couples and would have been fine. (two rooms were not used as kids slept in movie room) - kitchen - plenty of cookware, pots, pans, baking dishes, serving dishes. There was not one missing thing (my family, we cook and had everything needed) - there is a coffee pot no keurig (bring your favorite coffee to brew) - Some spices (bring your own) - kitchen has a starter package: plenty of trash bags, dish soap, hand soap and roll of paper towels. - bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, three roles of TP in each Bedrooms were clean, linen and bedding was nice, beds were comfy - plenty of bath towels, and pool towels - bring your laundry detergent - plenty of blankets & sheets Great Location: I wouldn’t walk but a few min drive yo grocery stores, restaurants, other convenient stores, about 35 min drive to universal studios, few min drive to Disneyland Pool is gated, which was important since we have a 3 year old. The pool was amazing no issues at all with heating system, the slide was a hit. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub. Garage game room, was great but we didn’t use it too much the pool was the hit! Bbq pit was nice and clean. We will definitely book again! We loved this place. Again I was very hesitant to book due to rules, and statements about cameras outside, and no noise. I was thinking this might be a nightmare stay but it was by far one of our best stays! Property managers were amazing, helpful, communication was great when I needed to reach out. Standard messages came in like welcome message, and departing messages and just a check in to let them know if we needed anything. Great experience!

Renting this property was easy & convenient!!

Our family of 7 (two parents, two teenager children and one adult child with his wife and their 4 year old daughter) had a GREAT time. We had PLENTY of room, enjoyed the media room and made use of the pool and hot tub! There was a bedroom (and one more!) for everyone and a bathroom for everyone to have their own (married adults shared, naturally). The communication was effortless and response time was quick! We would stay there there again and recommend consideration to all!!

Great sized home, great location, quick responses to issues.

The overall stay was wonderful. About 5 minutes from Disney. The Communication with the property managers was beyond wonderful. They were kind curious and welcoming, even when we accidentally locked the deadbolt and had to call late to get in. The swimming pool and spa were perfect and we enjoyed all of our down time swimming and enjoying the FUN FUN back yard! No need to find a park or other entertainment. My only complaint was a weird smell in the house, I could not figure out what it was, but it was bothersome for several of us.

The whole property was very clean. Every single bedroom and bathroom was well appointed. The outdoor attractions were great! My only disappointments were in the common areas. The TV room had a really old couch, and some deflated bean bags. No tables, etc. The dining area had chairs that were close to falling apart. The kitchen was great, but missing things I have come to expect at a VRBO, like a recycle container, baking sheets, coffee grinder, pantry items, etc. If you are mostly going to be gone during the day and not doing much cooking, its a great house for your group. It is a quick and easy drive to Disneyland and we had a great time there.

Our party consisted of 11 people, 7 adults and 4 children ranges from 4-13. First off the neighborhood is a very run down neighborhood with cats running everywhere. There were cat fights outside the house at night which kept us up. The pool area was infested with cats and the pool area along with the house smelt like cat urine. So much that we could not enjoy the pool and our clothes came home smelling terrible. We did everything in our power not to be at the house. Management did reach out to say they were sorry and they would get back to us however I have not heard from them again and we have been home for 2 days now. The garage disposal system not work, the tables and chairs were sticky. The place was picked up but the whole place needs a deep cleaning and the pool area needs to get the urine and cats out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CATS. The property is not close to Disney and you cannot walk there in the neighbor that is it located. I would not recommend anyone staying here for this price and in fact I would appreciate the manager calling me like they said they would to compensate us for our troubles.

Place was as listed. Only nitpicking issue was trying to keep house kept at comfortable temperature. Some rooms will be hot and other cool.

The house was amazing, it easily accommodated our big group! The beds were comfy, plenty of space and bathrooms. The pool and jaccuzzi was a huge hit. The location was great. I will say though if someone is not familiar with the age of homes in the area they might think it was not a 5 star. But it’s was clean and you can tell a effort was put in to update certain things. We would definitely stay here again

Sadly this turned out to be one of the poorest house rental experiences we have had. I tried to work to help the management company and even that went nowhere. I don't even know where to begin. 1) Arrived to a clean house, so I will give them this one positive. Now it wasn't perfect, but the house was in good shape. The one big item of note was a giant hole in the ceiling where they had been doing work and just not completed it. Weird, but did not impact the stay. 2) The fun then began when we brought in groceries only to question why the fridge wasn't very cold. By morning we realized it was simply dead. The freezer was cooling fine, but everything we brought went bad or bad enough to be a risk to eat. We let them know the first night (ie within hours of arriving) and nothing was done for the entire trip and possibly for the next renters. The ice was also off and we did not risk turning it on due to the problems with the fridge. So no ice and no fridge. 3) The next big fun issue was a massive water leak we awoke to one morning. It had sounded like the washer was dripping and we reported it on the first day as well. Nothing really came of it, so we assumed it was maybe the sink draining. We never used the washer or dryer and I'm glad. The majority of the laundry floor was flooded and they came out hours later (same day the leak was found) to fix it and clean up. We delayed our morning because they only had a call service to help and the folks did not know what to do. They kept saying please wait until you speak to the company. We did not even want to risk putting towels down without their consent. (White towels, didn't want to risk an issue.) Other than those major items, the location was decent and they did clean the house pretty well before we got there. We never used the pool or anything outside to avoid the countless warnings about noise after 10pm could get you evicted. I can't recommend staying here due to the issues we had and the failures of the management company to even try to work with us on discounting the stay for the problems above. We still managed to have a great time, but we stayed out of the house as much as possible and used it only for sleeping. We didn't plan to be there a lot, but we thought the pool would be fun and having a couple meals would have saved us from pricey options 1 or 2 nights.

Enough room for nine of us comfortably. Close to park and shopping. Enjoyed the pool and spa, but the spa could have been warmer.

We chose Disneyland for our 25th anniversary. This home was perfect. Enough space for everyone. Amenities were perfect for our large group. Great location for everything. Pool was perfect size. Management company was easy from check in to check out.

The best part was the pool and hot tub!! So amazing. We loved having this feature and it was worth it. The property owners ask us to let them know immediately if anything is wrong and they were very responsive whenever we mentioned something. The projector broke, but they brought over a smart TV and installed it the very next day. The lights were out in two rooms when we arrived, but they sent an electrician over the very next days. The grill is older and only two burners worked, but they said they would come take a look at it so hopefully it is fixed for the next guests (we used it on our last day there). The only negative to this home was that the air conditioner really struggled to keep up with the whole home so we went out and bought fans to try and make it so we had a little air movement at least. The property owners were responsive and kind, but there wasn't much they could do about that since the system was on and working. Most of the issues were in the kids bedrooms, so adults should stay pretty cool.

The house was clean and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood close to Disneyland.

It was plenty big for our family. The pool was good. My granddaughter loved the princess room. The theater room did not work properly the whole time that we were there. We even had a guy come to fix but still did not work. I gave it a 3 on cleanliness .

The pool was amazing but the pool light and hot tub lights still don’t work-read this in reviews but thought they would have been fixed in that amount of time. Not sure this can be controlled, but there were multiple stray cats in the back yard each night crying…and unfortunately our daughter is petrified of cats!! There is not really a comfortable common area, such as a living room, for people to hang out and chat if you’re inside the house. There is a movie room but not really a hangout spot unless you’re watching one! (Bring your own DVDs by the way, there are about 30 cases but 3 that actually have DVDs!) Overall, we enjoyed our time at this home with our three children and would stay here again.

Kids loved the pool and especially slide feature. I loved that there were plenty if beds for everyone to be very comfortable. Very easy access to disneyland, driving and with Uber. Easy to get a hold of anyone if we needed.

Property was as described. Great house for 6 adults and 5 children. There was even a bedroom for kids we did not use. Pool and hot tub worked great. House was clean. A little aged so it could be painted and new chairs needed in dining room. Great location. Close to shopping, parks, Disneyland and restaurants. I would certainly book there again. Thank you

Rented this home for myself and eleven relatives. Big enough for everyone with additional room left. Pool and jacuzzi felt so good after our days at Disneyland. Short drive to Disneyland. Property manager was easy to get in touch with even over a holiday weekend. Kept eight adults, two teenagers, and two nine year olds extremely happy and entertained. Would definitely rent again.

The property was clean and as represented in photos when we arrived. The bedrooms were ample in size and easily accommodated our group of eight, ages 62 to 10. The location is great, many options in food and entertainment near by. The pool area was great for us, we paid for pool heat, it was a cooler week, and enjoyed many hours there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Even made Mickey Mouse waffles for the kids. Plenty of bath and pool towels on hand. We were unable to use the basketball hoop ( it was broke by guests prior to us), and the pool lights didn't work. Those are the problems we had. The movie room was put to good use. We had a great experience all around and would definitely rent this home again.

It was amazing. When driving down the road we were nervous u til we pulled up! It’s the nicest house in the neighborhood! It’s huge! We took our college student and granddaughter and another daughter with her husband and 2 other grandsons and my husbands brother and wife and his granddaughter. We all loved it. Especially the pool!

First, the Shari, the property manager was wonderful to work with as was Leo the maintenance man. We spent 9 nites at this location. There were items lacking when we checked in, enough silverware, only one wine glass, no dish towels etc. Within a couple hours everything we needed was delivered by a wonderful young man (Leo) who does maintenance.The pool and the hot tub and water slide were the highlight of the back yard. the pool was always a perfect temperature although we had trouble getting the hot tub to work at first, But Leo was there to help us use the controls in the house which worked fine. The hottub controls were not working as indicated. We did miss having pool lights for our evenings in the pool. there were adequate towels and pool towels and shampoo, detergent, etc. the kids enjoyed was the endless Netflix movies available in the Theater room....wonderful. We had several popcorn nights and afternoon matinees. There were DVD's available, but not many kids movies. some DVD folders were empty. We did originally have trouble with the projector not showing on the movie wall but Leo came over and fixed that as well.the house was plenty big for the 7 of us and the little girls delighted in the princess room.the reason I gave only 3 stars for cleanliness is because the backyard was littered with leaves and dirt and the BBQ area was very dirty and greasy and not usable during our stay. We finally hosed down patio, but the lawn guy needs to take better care of the back yard since that is where alot of time is spent. I did not feel like cleaning the BBQ, which is a shame cuz it is a nice area for a gathering. I also did not feel the floors had been well cleaned in the house because our socks were pretty dirty within a short time. I would have loved having a mop so I could clean especially since were were there so long. another concern was the dust in all the air vents and blinds. So overall the house cleaners need to pay a little more attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pans & appliances for cooking.There was a problem with a missing remote for the dining RM TV which again, Leo brought over and fixed for us. All in all, I would stay at the house again and rent from Funtierland. There were responsive prior to our move in as well. There was ample parking and the street is not very busy for easy access. Grocery store is only about 5 min away. Disney was a short 10 min drive as well.
