Wow, I can't say enough about this property & our stay. This was our first time in PR, & had no idea where to stay to meet the interests & needs of my family. We have 3 teens plus me & my husband, & among us we are a golfer, a beach lover, an adventurer, a clean freak, a laid back naturalist, a mix of boys/girls, & this property met all our needs. We debated renting in a resort atmosphere, because we wanted an authentic PR experience, & this was def a perfect choice. The villa is beautiful & super clean. The beds are so comfortable & the bathrooms/kitchen brand new. The kitchen has all very high end appliances, great knives (if you cook you know...), cups to take to the beach, plenty of dishes plus a pantry with spices, oils, etc. The layout of the property is wonderful & the views of the beach, golf & rain forest, incredible. The property is fun & beach here amazing. The kids cracked open coconuts & drank the coco water, we walked forever in both directions. There are sand fleas at dusk, so wear bug spray late :) The home has spray, a cooler, chairs, towels, toys, skim board & more. The owner here is so very attentive. We had a weather scare & she was helpful throughout the whole process. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Highly recommend!! My family of 4 (two teenagers) loved everything about our stay here! It is a beautiful villa and a great location! We will definitely be back! The hosts are amazing and give detailed step by step instructions which make everything a breeze! They have some beach essentials in the villa which are great for visiting the nearby beach. They also gave the best restaurant recommendations. We tried almost all of them and were very happy with each place we tried! It was overall the best experience!

The villa was spacious and inviting, the view was beautiful. We enjoyed a relaxing week, sitting on the beach and cooling off in the water. The pools were nice and the restaurants were great!

The kids loved the golf cart to move in the resort. The pool and beach very close and they have DJ and bar during the weekend. I hope the association could make the bar and restaurant around the pool to open all the week. We needed some help from the owner during our stay and her communication with me was very nice and she provided the needed help in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this villa and this owner ( Jeannine) if you are looking for relaxation vacation out of San Juan. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserve to give it credit.

The villa is excellent! Close to amazing restaurants, the beach club pool and beach access is on point! The villa is well equipped and the cluster has its own nice pool as well. Very nice stay.

We had an incredible week with this villa has our home base. We enjoyed being outside of the city and the beach and pool were surprisingly uncrowded. The beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed El Yunque, snorkeling, and the bioluminescence kayak day trips. We all said we wished we could stay forever!

We stayed at the Villa for six nights. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and using the boogie board to surf the waves. We played games in the living room and drank our coffee on the balcony basking in the sunlight. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make some great memories for our family.

The rental was exactly as described and depicted in photos. Was clean, had a wonderful view. Definitely would recommend and rent again. The hosts were great.

Beautiful CLEAN house and very relaxing views from front the porch. The house is fully outfitted with all necessities. Lots of space for our group of 8. Giannina is very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the property, it has everything you could need and was incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, the only reason I would leave in the morning was to go to the amazing beaches on the golf cart. Definitely would recommend this place. The hosts were also great at keeping us up to date and helpful with any requests!

The description of the listing is accurate and my family and I enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was clean and the check-in process was straight forward. The owner was responsive throughout our stay and we would certainly stay again. Hardest decision we had to make was if we where going to enjoy the beach or pool. In the home we found all appliances and living accessories we are accustomed to having back home. Great property and great management.

We loved staying at Hector and Giannina's place in Las Brisas. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family including 3 teenagers. The views from the balcony were amazing. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The communication with the owners was excellent and they gave us lots of tips and information about the local area.
