Sam was attentive and communication excellent. House was exactly as billed and had every amenity we could ask for. Directly on beach and perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay as best we could. The picture of the wooden steps touching the sandy beach is misleading. It doesn’t exist. There’s a 4’ drop from the last step to the beach. It was difficult for half my family to navigate stepping over the wall to walk down the path to the beach. I picked this house and paid extra for the ease of getting onto the beach. It has been this way for sometime because the neighbors have steps to the beach. The picture should be taken down or fix the problem. Otherwise, everything was good. I felt bad because my father and uncle couldn’t enjoy the beach as much as they would’ve liked.

Sam was very responsive and great to work with. The house was very well stocked we lacked for nothing. King beds and sheets were comfortable and the ocean views from all rooms and the porches were the best! Karina arranged great messages and made sure all went well. We will be back. Thanks Sam.

We had an amazing time, home literally has everything and all bedrooms are ocean front. Nice sandy beach and not the crowds like there are in rocky point. We would love to return!

Our group with young kids had a great time at this property! The house is the cleanest and most convenient place we've stayed in Rocky Point. Everything was working in the house: AC nice and cool, fans in the bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. It was great having the washer/dryer, plenty of drinking water, and we used all the beach gear provided as well. Thank you! We'll be back again!

Very nice property!

Wow is all I can say. The kitchen has everything you need. Each room has a private exit to a beautiful large deck. The beds and linens were soft and clean. It’s everything it says it is.

We stayed in October 2021, and everything was excellent. The house is exactly as advertised, with wonderful furnishings and fully-stocked everything. We have been renting in Rocky Point for about 30 years, and this is the nicest and best equipped home we have rented. Awesome patio with great views from all rooms. The beautiful wood doors are a nice touch, as are the side door panels that open up and have bug screens to allow a cool breeze through the house. Excellent HVAC, although we barely needed the A/C as the weather was perfect. No clunky sliding glass doors that NEVER work properly on the beach! The owner Sam was there getting the house ready when we checked in. The Property Manager (Karina) gave my wife a tour of the house and her number if we needed anything. The house was so perfect, we didn't have to call her. FIVE STARS!

Nice and secluded, quiet beach. It was just what we were looking for. We would definitely return.

This home is right on the sand, with a gorgeous view of the water from the living room and out every bedroom window. The home had everything you would need for them stay and the checking process was very simple. The location was great, and we are already looking forward to going back!

The home is great - location is easy to get to, spacious, well appointed, clean - but what makes this place different is it's huge patio overlooking the beach. The patio had plenty of both sun and shade and big enough for 8 of us to chill, play, and generally all hang out without being cramped.

As promised this home was fully Equipped and comfortable. Our new favorite spot. Thank you Sam!! We'll be back!!!

Property was as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything we needed. We had a minor issue with the oven, but a quick call had someone come out to assist to help us out. This was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Very nice home, beautiful views and we'll equipped for a large group. Lots of seating indoor and out. House has toys you can rent to make it even more fun. Firepit near beach level was great too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Sam the owner responds to any questions right away!! This home was perfect for our family!! It is fully stocked with everything including a crockpot. Our favorite place was out on the patio. You can listen to the ocean from any of the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a door out to a huge patio that sits right on the beach. And of course windows and a door from family room/kitchen, views that go on forever!! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sam we thoroughly enjoy our family vacation!

The homeowner Sam was outstanding to deal with. His home didn't vary from the description or pictures. I travel to Rocky Point at least 6 times per year and have stayed in various places. I would highly recommend this vacation home. You will not be disappointed.

The kitchen is phenomenal and loaded with everything you could ever need. we were able to cook amazing meals and the property manager even cooked a meal for us! Her cooking was phenomenal and I only wish we had had her cook more meals.The beach is pristine and beautiful, with an amazing title change and a large amount of reef. The view from all bedrooms and the living room is just amazing. We brought family down that couldn't believe that we rented such a beautiful home for such a reasonable price. Honestly we would have paid more to stay here!Sam the owner was very accommodating and even helped us with a mistake we made on rental dates, bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed.We will most definitely rent this home again!

Beautiful house right on the beach. Everything is available including bbq grill, kitchen supplies, drinking water, kayaks, outdoor shower, towels, toilet paper and much more. We met a local the first day who became our concierge and would go to town everyday for anything we needed and we would just tip him on top of the cost. We never had to leave the house once or worry about being around people which made it the most relaxing vacation in a beautiful home right on the beach. We will definitely be booking another stay ASAP.

This beautiful private beachfront home was the perfect getaway for my family and I. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. This amazing beach house had all the necessary amenities you could ever dream of. The kitchen was amazing to cook in and we had plenty of silverware, dishes, and other necessary items. We stayed for a week and it felt like we were in our own private home without any disturbances whatsoever. Sam was amazing with communication and made himself available throughout our week, although it was unnecessary. I love the fact that we were able to relax and enjoy family time, as well as some private time because the house was so huge. Living room gatherings with the five of us was amazing as we watched TV. The Wi-Fi connection Was amazing and we had no problems with the Internet, whether it was eight devices that were connected or just the TV connected. it made working from home a breeze. Sam took pride in his home. It is beautiful. When I say beautiful I am not over exaggerating. The large windows made an amazing add onto this home as you have beach views throughout the day. The large covered porch made for amazing coffee time in the mornings, while I worked on my laptop. We absolutely love your home, Sam, and we look forward to seeing again in the future.
