Well stocked kitchen and great screened porch to enjoy the fall breeze.Communication with owner was fast and knowledgeable.

Nice property, roomy, doggo friendly, but the best part was Susie! Susie I would without one single doubt have you represent my property, you are FABULOUS, and your artwork isn’t bad either! (Nice paintings) Thank you for all of your prompt responses and help with all things Kiawah and the house.
If you’ve never been to Kiawah you need to go, bike paths for days and safe and well thought out how to construct them, dark park fun family activities, pools to play in, and the BEACH! I had never experienced such beautiful, clean, beaches, and you can ride bikes right on the beach so fun! No one on top of anyone! We got to see Loggerhead Turtles born and make it to the ocean, just amazing!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Clean, close to beach and pool, plenty of bike trails, well stay caked kitchen, nice screened porch and comfy beds.

Cottage is in a great location, close to golf and beach with friendly neighborhood. We stayed with our 2 small dogs for a week and we throughly enjoyed our stay with daily short walks to the beach. Susie was very helpful and informative throughout the rental process and quickly responded for any questions.I highly recommend for anyone to stay here. We will be back for next year

The cottage was a perfect getaway in Kiawah Island. Location was convenient and close to everything. Owner/manager was very responsive with our questions and needs. The check-in and check- out process was very quick and easy. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect Winter Getaway
This was our second two week stay at this cottage and the place was as wonderful as we remembered. The location can’t be beat, at the end of a quiet court, off of a little travelled road. An easy walk to the beach. The furniture was comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated. Starter supplies are always appreciated. The cottage was very clean. My husband and our two dogs couldn’t have been happier. Thanks again Susie!

Great getaway
We enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach, cook fresh seafood and walk to the clubhouse for great dinner and drinks. We really appreciated being able to have our dog with us and not being charged an exorbitant amount extra for him.

Beautiful week.
We enjoyed a very nice week in 1208 Greenslake. Cottage worked well for us and the manager, Susie provides a high level customer service. The only negative is that the lawn equipment can get going pretty early on the adjacent golf course.

The location was super convenient- biking or waking to the beach, biking or driving to the small village of Freshfieds, access to the bike paths that takes you all over the Island. The space was just right for us four and our dog while we were on vacation.

Perfect cottage
The cottage was perfect for our group of 4. The location and amenities like the grill, made for a wonderful trip. The communication with Susie ahead of time was great to get ready for the PGA Championship. She had all the tips & tricks for us. Thanks for sharing your home with us and we look forward to returning!

Family get-away
This lovely, updated home sits along the 1st hole of Cougar Point golf course. We found the setting peaceful and the home very well furnished/equipped. The Covid cleaning protocols left the home smelling super clean! The owners sent an email greeting but we didn't have a reason to contact further as the entire stay went smoothly -zero issues! I'd definitely rent this property again!

This property is updated and nice as can be. It’s fun to be on the golf course and biking trails and beach can’t be beat. This is a lovely little home for your vacation.

Beautiful cottage, great location.
My husband and I spent two weeks here, along with our two dogs and had a wonderful time. The cottage is spacious and very nicely decorated. I loved the large window in the kitchen that overlooked the golf course. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Having the gate pass ahead of time was a great idea! We have stayed on this court three times now and just love it's closeness to the beach. Thanks Susie for a much needed winter escape!

A wonderful cottage, perfect for a relaxing getaway! The beach is a short walk filled with wildlife and beautiful foliage... the cottage was well equipped and always enjoy working with the property manager who ensures everything is perfect!!

We recently stayed for three weeks (Aug 22 to Sept 12) and loved our time at 1208 Greenslake. The cottage was spacious, nicely renovated, well stocked, and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The living room, master bedroom, screened porch and deck have lovely views of the Cougar Point golf course. The property manager is fantastic and incredibly responsive. We will definitely return.

Great Family Spot, and perfect for pets
Our family of four with our small dog had a wonderful week. The layout of the villa optimizes space. Nice porch for hanging out and dinners. Excellent and spacious kitchen. Recommend renting bikes for trips to and from beach. If golf is in the mix, incredible access to Cougar Point.

Wonderful area and location! Multiple issues due to the age of the condo. These concerns have been raised with the owner. Cleanliness of unit was subpar.
