Spacious, comfortable and just 2 minutes from our favorite beach but again, in the hearth of Nea Kalikratia...

Location excellent and owner very attentive. Spacious apartment.

Poor air conditioning. Old a/c system that could not come close to cooling the apartment. Add a broken window at the front of the apartment letting in the heat. It was very uncomfortable and had I not pre paid I would have tried to find more comfortable accommodation.

I liked too many space. Huge apartment.

Last day there was no hot water.

George and his mother were excellent hosts_we had maximum for our money, the same as on the pictures. The appartment was clean and confortible, close to the beach and in the center. George take care about reserving parking space, very big problem in Nea Kalikratia.

Bedrooms with nonopening windows/without real windows.

Evriting was OK

They did not have net for insects on the windows and doors.

Nice apartment, located near the sea on the main street. There is also plenty of space in the apartment, and it has everything you need for a holiday. The owner is very dedicated and friendly, he even tried to keep a parking space for us while we were out.

The apartment is half renovated. There are a couple of windows and doors left to change.

Everything..George was a great host.He is so kind and helpful person..His mother is very nice too..they do a great job.The apartment is a in a great location.My family enjoyed it.Thank you George!!!
