We spent 4 days in Napa with our adult children, son-in-law and family friend touring wineries. The location put us in close proximity to all the wineries along the Silverado Trail that we were mostly visiting. We did two wineries a day (AM/PM) and it all worked out perfectly. The house is gorgeous and a perfect spot to enjoy the area. The bedroom/bathroom configuration was great for our group and the kitchen was spacious. Our party of 7 was able to all prep meals, cook, clean up and not bump into each other. We cooked and ate in 3 of the 4 nights so kitchen space is always important to me. There are plenty of gathering spaces, both indoors and out. We ate meals outside, played bocce and had a simply wonderful time hanging out together in the beautiful yard. We enjoyed walks into town and some of the walking/biking paths nearby. Carla was terrific - responsive and friendly. Appreciated the washer/dryer and the wine fridge!!! Truly gave us that Napa vibe on our first ever visit to the region. Recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay again if we come back.

Carla's property was beautiful and well maintained. The backyard area is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and playing bocce. It was a very large space for our group and everyone was able to sleep comfortably.
Carla was always communicative and was helpful during the booking, check-in, and check-out process. I would 100% come back again!

This property is in a great location near downtown Napa. We had plenty of room for our family (6) and it is very quiet and relaxing. Back patio is great to hang out on.

Quick weekend trip with the family (including 5 adult kids). Great house, plenty of room for everyone, great location (less than 5 minute drive to downtown Napa). Would definitely stay here again.

Used this property for my 50th Birthday celebration and couldn't have been happier.
Everyone remarked what a spectacular place and location it was and Carla was extremely easy to deal with which made things easy. We had an issue with a smoke detector at check-in and it was fixed in no time.

My three adult children, their spouses, and my toddler grandson spent Christmas week at this lovely, comfortable home. We enjoyed every minute there. The house suited our family perfectly, and we appreciated the different seating areas in the home. One of the happiest and kindest surprises was the Christmas tree and also the holiday decorations. There were also several vases of fresh flowers in the entry, the living areas, and a beautiful bouquet on the dining table. A truly lovely, warm, happy week for us. A heartfelt thank you to Carla!

We went to Napa for a birthday celebration with 5 friends. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of great spaces for gathering to eat, play games, watch movies, or just chat. The fully stocked kitchen was great and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We did have to share bathrooms, but other than that, the place was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous weekend! House was a great find! Owner easy to work with and rental process was uneventful. This was a great location right in the middle of all of our plans. We had Napa veterans and newbies in the group. Everyone had ample space in the house. Rental was well appointed with all the necessities. Thanks for helping us make great memories.

This home was just perfect. It had all the amenities we needed to have a trip that made memories for the rest of our life. We really enjoyed the living spaces inside the home that allowed us to enjoy our large group. The backyard was fantastic with so much to enjoy from the bocce ball court, hot tub and fire pit. We even used the outside dining when we had a local chef come in to cook. Fantastic house and a great experience.

Everyone loved the property. It was more beautiful than the photos. All of the furniture was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. It was a plus to have 2 washer and dryers. It really had all the amenities you need. It was my friends birthday and they even hung a Happy Birthday sign in the house. Communication with the contact was excellent.

Everyone enjoyed our stay at this house. I have two words to sum up everything - ease and the outdoor space. Oops, that’s technically 5 words haha. I’d love to stay here again and will definitely enjoy more of the outdoor space!

The home was an excellent choice for a large family - plenty of bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. The home was comfortable and very clean. The outdoor space was a great place to relax and enjoy a bottle of Napa Valley wine. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood and a convenient Uber ride to downtown Napa. It was also convenient to a number of wineries. The hosts were the best I have ever had at a rental home. We didn't need them, but they made it clear that they were immediately available in the event of a problem. I highly recommend this home and will stay there in the future when we return to Napa.

Plenty of room for everyone and every last detail was perfect.
Fresh flowers. A crib and high chair for our grandson. A dog bed and crate for our dog. Perfection!
The location is so great. Close to everything.

Had a wonderful stay with family from Texas and local CA family celebrating my mom. Catered a beautiful dinner at the house. Upon arrival there were fresh flowers in vases and a Happy Birthday banner at fireplace. The personal touch was above and beyond from any rental I have booked previously. THANK YOU!!!

We were in Napa for a wedding weekend and the house was the perfect relaxation spot between events. It is so spacious and comfortable and gorgeous inside. Every bedroom is very nice and so are the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped has many seating areas for socializing. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in.

From the moment we walked in it was perfect, a nice simple birthday banner on the fireplace along with fresh flowers in the house. The entire house is just perfect, the bedrooms are simple with plenty of storage, bathrooms are pristine, outdoor space is so beautiful and the indoor living space is beyond words (we
spent most time inside due to weather) it is huge with plenty of space to spread out for all to do their own thing or enough space for everyone to gather together. The kitchen has everything you could want. All the furniture, the bed linens and beds were comfortable and cozy. We would definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. The layout of the home was great for our group of 5 and also to employ a chef each evening. Unfortunately, due to weather we were unable to utilize the backyard, but look forward to enjoying it next time.

We are frequent visitors to Napa Valley and decided to hold a special family occasion at Montecito Heights. It was simply perfect. The property is impeccably maintained, tastefully decorated, and functionally equipped to feel instantly at home. Lots of natural light and the wonderful patio made it hard to leave the house for our outings, and a delight to return to at the end of the day. The place is quiet and peaceful and made it easy to have a great night sleep in its comfortable beds. Our group of 8 enjoyed watching world cup soccer in front of the fireplace, hanging out by the hot tub, dining al fresco together, and relaxing around the fire pit. We even learned some bocce! The location is extremely convenient to the amenities in Napa City and with easy access elsewhere via Silverado Trail and next door to all the fantastic wineries around Coombsville. We also appreciated being closer to SFO. Finally, the booking, checkin, and checkout processes were seamless, while the attention from the host was unsurpassed. Thank you Carla and Edwin! We can’t wait to be back!

A group of 4 couples stayed at this beautiful home for a 4 day trip to wine country and it was wonderful. With plenty of room in the living area for us to feel comfortable, plenty of bed rooms and a gorgeous backyard. We loved coming back home everyday to wind down and sit out by the fire place while watching the humming birds fly over head. We were once told to lower our music that we were playing in the backyard at 7 pm by a disgruntled neighbor. We didn’t feel like it was too loud but perhaps it was. The 9 pm weekday noise ordinance that prevents us from being outside wasn’t an issue. We were so tired and being from Miami, it was cold enough during early November trip that we gladly went back inside. The location is easy to get to Oxbow market place for our daily crosiaint run for breakfast. We also had dinner our last night there with Laurel Catering. It was delicious and and well presented. It sure was nice having a fine meal in the comfort of your home in pajamas. Great communication with the host and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely stay at this house - well appointed home - 3 couples in total. There was plenty of room for us. Went to celebrate our anniversaries and to explore Napa and its wineries. Located close to downtown Napa - many restaurants in the area. Didn't use the outside facilities like we thought we would, but the backyard was very nice. I would definitely recommend this house.
