Clean, no odor, great view, everything we needed for a great stay, even has Netflix access. Within walking distance of the New Port Bay. Was not disappointed.

This was our first visit to Newport and we had an excellent time. The view from the condo is stunning and it is located close to the harbor downtown area.

It was a good stay for sure but privacy for the restroom wasnt ideal. Door is janky. Beds are very uncomfortable. Thin and sunken in. It definitely gets the job done for a short stay. Kids loved the pool area of course. Easy check in and nice location close walk to the bay front and drive to other beaches near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wouldn't rebook for this place in particular especially with a family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a wonderful view and was conveniently located to the shops and aquarium. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We wished we had booked it longer.

It was not too clean..dishes left in dishwasher. Bathroom toilet makes noise and hard to flush..black mold around tub. 1 pan was gr needscupdatedeasy in cupboard. Dirt on wall of stove..i cleaned.

The townhouse was in a good location. Unfortunately, it's in need of some updating and deep cleaning.
The carpets were dirty, grease in the oven, paint worn, damage to woodwork, bathroom pocket door that doesn't work properly, and mattresses that were old and uncomfortable.
Odd layout with the bathroom sink & vanity in an area wide open to the hallway. It depends on who you're traveling with as to whether or not it wouldve comfortable - lacks any privacy at the bathroom sink. The toilet & shower area are very compact, not a lot of room to dress in there.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property nor would I rent it again.

Was super happy to have an actual kitchen to host a dinner for our parents who live in the area. View from the patio was amazing and everything was nice and quiet in the evenings.
Don’t try using the TV to cast anything from your phone or to try and stream something on Netflix or Disney because you’ll get to the open credits and the app will crash. The internet in this place should be considered for an upgrade.

Not super overpriced... the wifi was way to slow to stream on the tv and the keys to the pool and rec area didnt work, but very nice views and central location.

Just need to fix that pocket door for the bathroom. It is very difficult to close completely and its easily knocked off the runner because you have to lift the door to attempt to get it latched so it doesn't have a gap in it and leaves no privacy. That is my only serious issue with this unit. I have been staying in this unit for over 3 years and they keep it up nicely. But that pocket door has had problems for a while. Please fix.

Adorable little apartment with the cutest view! You could hear the sea lions and the sun set was amazing. Good prices, my kids loved the indoor pool. I’d recommend staying there. Very cute

We had a great time, you get what you pay for... Most affordable place I could find for family of 6 needing full accomodations. Much more outdated and "well used" and little smaller then expected by the pictures. Would have liked to have known the bathroom door had issues and needed placed back on the track when we arrived and a few times during our stay. The Netflix was unusable, it needed an update that had to be approved by owner of the subscription and there was no response to that. Plenty of room for 6 (as long as you don't mind a fold out) more then enough towels and bedding, loved having the use of free washer and dryer! Over all I would say, fair price for what you get

Condo was well equipped, only cosmetic issues were water damaged floor trim and major sheet rock cracks in the living space. The heat was hard to control with only space heaters but other than that views were amazing, and I will seek this place out again on my way through town next time.

Parking was great, but there are stairs on the way to the condo so it isn't completely accessible. The view of the bay is incredible. We came for a relaxing birthday weekend; we listened to the rain outside, watched tv, walked to the historic bayfront for coffee, and even made a cake. I would love to stay here again.

The unit was clean and comfortable. There was central heating and also individual heating elements. The only issue was that the bathroom door could not be closed completely.
The location was great within minutes from all shopping, restaurants, and Bayfront.

Stayed 3 nights. The unit was fairly clean and warm with a nice view. Enjoyed various amenities in the resort: pool, hot tub in raining (awesome!), woodfire (free 1-pack of woods each night upon request). It was also in a good location to walk/jog around.

Perfect location for crabbing! The private dock was great and so were the pots to cook it down there. The rooms were fine, the fireplace was nice to have! Would definitely rent again!

A great little gem of an apartment overlooking the harbor. Seals barking in the background. Sunsets and sunrises over the bridge. Gym. Pool. Sauna. Hot tub. Almost perfect- only two things to improve on: someone had signed out of all of the streaming platforms, so the TV was not really usable. The cookware was in rough shape, some of the baking sheets were covered in rust. Once you fix those two items, it’s a 10 out of 10 for me.

The two-bedroom condo is comfortable, with all the amenities of home. The views are spectacular, looking out over the marina with the bridge in the distance. Sunsets were amazing. The only negatives: the internet connection was a bit intermittent, so the Roku and Smartcast TV didn't work well; and the bathroom is kind of a weird setup, with the toilet and shower behind a sliding door. All closets have curtains, rather than doors. But overall, the experience was great.

This property was the worst VRBO condo I have ever stayed in. In the current state it should not be rented. Filthy carpet, dents in walls, paint and plater repairs neede throughout, generally in need of paint, blind in bedroom falling apart, pocket door in bathroom barely slides and doesn’t close, bedroom doors don’t close, several fogged up windows, mildew in shower, Internet router location in bedroom make TV in living room useless. A horrible experience and an embarrassment to our guests.

The property is not ready done cleaning when we check in 4:00 . We are waiting little bit , when is done . Also, 10:00 AM is early . We rushing for check out . But the property is very good . We have good weekends!

Cute condo with good space for the two of us. We enjoyed the view of the bridge and watching it change depending on fog, time of day, etc. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking in and we used it at least once a day during our visit.

I have stayed at the Embarcadero many times over the years and this is definitely one of the best units I have been in. Comfortable beds and nice furnishings. I had a great stay with my family and we loved walking down to the bay front and using the pool. Will be sure to book again.

Easy check in, amazing views. Livingroom carpet very dirty, kitchen supplies should be updated but worked. Pull out bed was awful and should be replaced. I tried to contact somone multiple times asking for another key card and nobody knew how i could recieve one after going to the front dest and being on the phone with help like for 30 min, just to speak to somone who wasn't very clear due to speaking another language. I was never called back or recieved another key card. The internet also wouldnt connecnt to use netflix or the dvd player as well. Also, only two hangers to hang up things. The toilet area isn't very accommodating, cramped and doesn't close all the way.

Loved this little condo with a great view of the historic bayfront and being able to see all the boats docked and the Newport Bay Bridge! Was surprised to find out that it is owned by the George Morlan family that also owns George Morlan Plumbing!

Due to our trip’s logistics, we were only able to stay one night. Our entire family loved it there. The view of the marina from the backside deck was amazing. The inside was clean and well equipped. Overnight, we heard the seals barking. Newport is a lovely town. We at at Rouge Brewing Co. and had the best time chatting with the bar tender.

This was a cute place to stay, but it’s rented out via a company and not a person through VRBO. Because of the way the other company operates, it made it more challenging when we needed assistance.
Once we were able to actually connect with the other company, they we good to work with.

my family had a great time at the property. everything they needed for 2 days was on site. the only negative is that it was unsure if linen on bed was changed. there was extra clean linen available in room to change. thank you!!
