This is a location I try to return to every year (5+years). Very enjoyable and reasonably priced. The pool is is a prefect size for a large family which also includes a hot tub, and is secluded from the neighbors. Owners are great and quick to respond with any issues. Ryu Bristo is just 3 minutes away, which has some of the best food I’ve ever had.

After multiple stays, our experience keeps getting better and better. Wonderful owners, great property, perfect location.

This was an amazing property for a quick getaway. The pool was beautiful and the house had all the amenities needed. Close to grocery stores, convenience stores and freeway. Our 3 year old loved the pool especially at nighttime with the lights. The house had a warm and cozy feeling. The hosts were great with communication on heating the pool, check-in and check-out process. This is definitely a property we will stay again.

We really enjoyed the privacy, location and the closeness to everything. While the house was older, the backyard was awesome. We spent most of our time there. To bad there wasn’t a king bed in the 2nd bedroom.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever experienced through VRBO. The house itself was top-notch...luxurious yet comfortable. The pool was a big hit, of course. And the host was outstanding! Great communication, fast response. And the extras! We could have left a lot of our stuff home. Laundry detergent, toilet paper, condiments in the fridge, all the necessary cooking utensils, and a whole closet full of various supplies ranging from trash bags to antacids to Q-tips. I also observed a crib and a hi-chair, bicycles, etc. The ping-pong table was a great hit in the evenings, and the soda machine was fun. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. I just can't think of anything that was lacking. Great location, highly recommended. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our fourth stay at this property and definitely not our last, in fact we've already booked next year! The pool is and backyard is like an oasis retreat, inside and outside is always clean and taken care of. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We learned its best go see what condiments are already there before purchasing any. Lots and lots of towels too! Location is perfect to fly in and out if Vegas (2 hours away), Snow Canyon is 20 mins, Zion an hour and Bryce 2.5 hours.

I don’t want to tell anyone about how great this property/pool is because it’ll just make it harder to book it. But there you have it. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The back yard and pool are the reason you come here. It’s kept nice and always such a wonderful place to relax.

This is our 4th stay at this home. We love the relaxing atmosphere and the wonderful large pool. The house is very clean. Check in is always a breeze and very reasonable cleaning expectations upon checkout. We will be back next summer.

Both the house and pool are clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet. We have stayed twice now and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We love this house! We’ve stayed here 4 years in a row now and every time has just gotten better. Perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The pool is fun and clean. The house is in the perfect location for the activities we do. Perfect place!

Perfect for our family. LARGE POOL that is private surpasses any traditional hotel. Owners are kind and great to work with.

The home was nice and well furnished. Not a ton of seating inside but most of the time is spent in the backyard anyway where there is adequate shade and plenty of seating. We were 4 adults and 4 children from 9 months to 4 years old. The kids loved the pool. When the kids went to bed the adults enjoyed relaxing in or around the pool. We will be staying here again.

The home is very clean and comfortable. It's amazing to have the pool and hot tub. The barbeque shaded tables are nice. Comfortable lounge chairs. The house is small, 1500 sq. ft. There is also a very tall house behind the house. Still very nice. Almost perfect!

We rent homes through VRBO whenever we travel. We loved this property and especially enjoyed the location and neighborhood. The property owner was responsive and kept us informed from the time we booked the home all the way up to our arrival. We look forward to returning again soon!

This property is always clean. It’s also in a quiet neighborhood just outside St George but you are still close enough to enjoy all that St George has to offer. You can’t go wrong with this property.

The home is always clean, well stocked, and in a quite neighborhood. The owners are so easy to work with.
